We were referred to Hobaica by my Mother who has been a happy, loyal customer for many years. We requested an A/C maintenance and inspection on our older unit. Ian and Donovan did a great job. Steve W. came out last year (2022) in June to help fix a leak on our faucet in our guest bathroom. He was very kind and worked hard to find the problem. We were grateful. Fast forward seven months later to January 2023, and oddly, our same faucet began to leak again - in the same spot. We immediately called Goettl and they sent Steve W. back out. He recalled our issue from last year and got to work. Within just a few minutes, he found the issue with no problem. Chris at Alien Air goes the extra mile to give excellent service. We had a little leak and he responded quickly to keep our air conditioner running. While there he did our preventative maintenance and as usual we are more than pleased with his work.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They showed up on time and their work was very fast and clean. They made sure I understood how to work the new ac unit before they left and answered all my questions. Definitely using them for all my maintenance updates.

Consultant delivered a professional pitch and was thorough and informative about what I was paying for, installation technician showed up shortly after I had decided on what unit I'd like. The technician even changed the method they used to plumb the unit as they weren't satisfied with how it looked and it turned out great.If I don't edit this review within a year assume the water softener unit works perfectly and was worth the money.

The crew was awesome ! They arrived exactly at the hour they promised, shoe covers in hand. They explained everything clearly and easily . The site was neat and tidy afterwards. I recommend this team of Cezar and Carlos for any and all HvAC needs. They are pros!Additionally they were able to recycle the old unit and apply a trane discount as well. Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

We contacted Tommy through Yelp and he responded right away. He even came to our house the same day to give us a quote on upgrading to a new 200 amp panel. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and we really liked how he took the time to explain everything to us. He worked with SRP to obtain all the permits and kept us in the loop during the whole process. Tommy and Pedro arrived at our house early in the morning and got the new panel installed in half a day. They consolidated about 4 old boxes into one brand new panel box. Both Tommy and Pedro took the time to go over all the new breakers and test everything out with us before leaving. I would highly recommend T&K Electric for their great work, professionalism, fair price, friendliness, being on time, and great communication. We will be using them for many projects in the future.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
