Travis and Dillan were out this morning, right on time, to repair our basement sump pump. It’s not easy to find plumbers who are familiar with sump pumps in the valley, so it was a huge relief when Travis came out earlier in the week and quickly found the problem, ordered a new motor, and scheduled a time to come back and install. The guys were fast, friendly, and professional the entire time they were here. They left the area they worked on clean and tidy. I’m so happy to have functional plumbing in our basement again, just in time for holiday houseguests.

I called and was getting a second opinion because we were without heat for over a week and were waiting on a response from a competitor. I made the appointment and Keven E. Was there within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the same issue as competitor and said he would be back the next day to perform the repair. I had a mainline leak in my front yard, bubbling up water and I was losing a gallon a minute. I needed someone out fast!Parker & Son's had someone out at 8AM the next morning.Sean and his partner were very empathetic and got to work right away.I work from home so I needed to be at my desk. I also take a lot of meetings, so I asked to be communicated with via text, which he did. He kept me in the loop with everything and I only needed to step outside once, toward the end to observe the amazing work they did.I have a grass yard and they took great care to ensure that when they were finished it still looked good (which it did!). They even laid a tarp down on my neighbor's rock yard to make sure no dirt got on it!Take Away: Parker & Son's are polite, professional and friendly. They exude confidence in what they do. The technician Jonathan was great he was able to answer my question over the phone. As well as give me some advice on how to install my Water heater. Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.
