My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. James, my technician showed up on time and had my system up and running quickly! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual! AZ PerfectComfort is now my goto company for any future service/repairs and I will HIGHLY recommend this company to friends and neighbors for thier A/C needs. I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.

Taps and his team are amazing. They are quick to respond, take the time to run all the diagnostic tests, had parts on hand and are fairly priced. I contacted them on a Friday evening, and Taps was out the next morning and had my AC running within the hour! True quality work and great people to work with. I highly recommend them and will continue to refer all those I know to Taps, Jessica and their team!

Parker and Sons were one of three valley HVAC companies I contacted when I decided to replace our 20 year old system. They were very upfront, professional from the initial sales call to the next day installation. In todays market I feel like there are a lot of smoke an mirrors pricing and warranty length wise. Parker and Sons proposal and sales experience was easy to navigate to know exactly what you were getting when comparing various systems. The install was scheduled the following day after our purchase. The installers showed up at 7 am as promised and worked until almost 9 pm tightening everything up. It was refreshing to see that kind of commitment and customer service post Covid when everyone seems to have an excuse. I will definitely recommend Parker and Sons to anyone whose is looking to make a major purchase such as this.

Call was made to service department around noon and had a tech at my house within 5 hours same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try and sell me anything. Took the time to explain to me the problem and said he would report his findings back to the office. So far working with the Howard Air company has truly impressed me. Update Howard Air installed two new A/C units yesterday 6/12/20 in our home. A could not believe how professional and extremely courteous the installation team was. The four of them moved thru out the process in harmony where each knew what the other needed and made the install look like a well practiced dance step for step. Kudos to the installers John , Joe , Pat and Alonso for simply a outstanding job. Again would highly rate this A/C company for your cooling and heating needs.

We used their plumbing services and HVAC repair services and were very pleased! On time, professional, and friendly technicians (Leif and Pat). Very well explained and well documented estimates with photos of each repair needed as well as 'after' photos for documentation (very helpful for us since we were completing work found in the sale inspection of our home). Scheduling was easy via phone with their friendly and knowledgeable office staff.

Scott has always been there for AC repairs and now finally a replacement. He was prompt with service and we had a new unit quickly installed. I will definitely be using his services again!

Our power went out in half of our house on Sunday and when we tried to reset the circuit breakers, it didn’t resolve any issues. I work from home and my entire office had no power. I was worried that no one would be opened on Sunday and I need to sign into work by 5:30am on Monday.
We found T&K on Yelp and Tommy was highly recommended. He answered my call and said one of his electricians, Pedro, would be over to help us.
Pedro was hands-down incredible. He was super knowledgeable and very funny. Our issue was old wiring that wasn’t connected properly and was already starting to burn because it was coming loose. If not addressed, it could have caused a house fire which is terrifying to think about. He found the problem right away, traced it to the outlet that was causing the power to go out, and replaced it so we don’t have to worry about it going forward.
We will need to replace all of our old wiring to safer/grounded wiring and will definitely be calling Tommy and Pedro to do it.
Can’t recommend them enough!

Asked A Quality to check out our AC as it would rev up and rev back down without coming on at times, but the AC would kick on as needed. Manny Celaya was the technician and appeared to do a good job, according to my roommate, as I was not home at the time. The one disturbing thing from the visit is that Manny asked if our parrot was for sale. He asked not once, but twice. The first time was rude and inappropriate; the second was criminal. The focus should be on providing the best service for our AC unit, not a side hustle for what might be for sale in a customer's home. I called the company and asked for the person in charge of the technicians. I was told he was not in, but the receptionist indicated she would give him the message to call me back. I did not receive a call after one week. We will need a new unit over the winter, but it will not be from this company.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
