1st Choice Mechanical stayed in contact leading up to the appointment and gave several opportunities to reschedule had it been necessary. James was on time and very polite. James was thorough, professional and informative. He explained an ongoing issue relative to home warranty options which I appreciated, leaving me to make a non pressure related, informed decision. Thank you James and 1st Choice. My dogs even liked James so there is that too.. ?

Twenty or more years ago, I wouldn't have been amazed by excellent customer service, but in this day and age, I am more than pleasantly surprised.
Very nice and professional people that work at this business. Responsive, same day, to email, text, voicemail, or in person or telephone questions. (We didn't have many questions, but, you know...)

Just an all around pleasure to work with. They also coordinated with the other contractors (new roof) to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner (1 day! I didn't have to spend anytime away from my home.)

Oh yeah, and the HVAC they installed works just great also! (I waited to post the review until we tested out the heating side; the cooling side worked from day one.)

We are really impressed with the professionalism of all the people at Parker and Sons. They did their best to make their services fit into our budget and we very happy with the results. Chris did multiple bundles to see what would work, and had great communication regarding what to get for faucets and toilets. He was prompt and thorough with the installations. So glad to have new toilets so fast!! We have been really happy with Parker and Sons for years and this just reiterated why. :)

Amazing to find a business that is outstanding in AC install & repair. This company really is for the customer. Unlike others which I’m not allowed to give names.
I’m a senior live alone in country 50 miles north of Phoenix.
When my ac went out I was terrified. No ac company will come this far. My son found Tom & his group. They came to me, checked my ac & told me my 20 yr old ac has died.
With in 1 hour they had a crane here to take old AC off roof & put up a new ac. Within 3 hrs I had a new working ac.
They returned next day when I called about adjusting temp.
This company is far & above others in Phoenix. In Service & customer considered.

Gerald and his crew kept me informed and I never had to wonder if or when they would arrive. Follow-through and responsiveness to questions regarding the work was quick and easy. The crew conducted themselves in a professional manner.

They changed the time on me twice without letting me know. I had to get a hotel because they didn’t come help me with my Air Conditioning when they said they would.

Dale was absolutely amazing! We have always had great experiences with ProSkill and Dale continues to raise the bar. Pricing is fair and the membership is the way to go. They have rewired our house, installed new toilets, changed valves under the sink, installed lights, and serviced our HVAC. The scheduling and customer service teams are very accommodating with changes and questions.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

I just had a new air conditioning unit installed by Air Conditioning of Arizona and the experience was excellent. When we first started, troy came out to review our situation and helped me understand all of my options. I never felt like I was being pressured for one option over another. All 3 units i was considering came with a rebate or cheap financing option. Once I selected a unit, the team installed it within 10 days. The job was done very professionally and they took the time to explain things to me once it was all set up. I highly recommend Air Conditioning of Arizona to others.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
