From the first call to AZ Perfect Comfort (I was referred to them by a plumbing company) I was impressed with the professional way Jana responded to my questions and scheduled the work. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time. Since I am selling the house I asked that he perform a full service.....he's very professional, very thorough and communicative. AZ Perfect Comfort is an excellent team. Lincoln put in a new HVAC unit for us a few years ago (saved us a bunch!) We just had them back out for a maintenance. As always, they are on time, knowledgeable and professional. Gabe was actually early, but their technicians text you so you know they're on the way. He was professional, conscientious of my cat who likes to run out, answered our questions, and showed me how to hose out the unit so I can keep it from getting so dirty. We always have a great experience with Lincoln Air.

I had a bad fan motor in my AC unit. Tap came out and was able to swap it out for me quickly and at a fair price. My AC unit is back up and running and all is well. Tap was easy to work with and straightforward with no up-selling BS like some of the other guys I have tried to deal with in the past. I would highly recommend him.

We had to shut our water off due to a problem with our soft water tank. Their technician was able to arrive hours earlier than scheduled which was great considering we had no water. Their tech Joshua was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He fixed our problem and gave us a good deal on some new equipment. He said if we had any problems we could just give him a call. Overall it was a great experience.

Took their time to make sure things were done correctly. Did not rush and resolved a vent issue that needed to be fixed that had nothing to do with the pm. Very pleased with service.

Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a plumber botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.

I was very happy with the level of service I got from them! From the start, they were very professional and made sure I wasn't inconvenienced during the whole process. They worked around my schedule which was great. The installation went really well. They were here only a few hours and when they were done, it was like they were never here! I love my new AC! I'll recommend Air Conditioning of Arizona to any of my neighbors!!

I am so glad I called them! I have an 8-month-old baby boy and it was horrible when the AC stopped working. Oscar and Juan came in and fixed my AC in less than an hour. They knew I was desperate and still charged me like a normal service and without hidden fees or extras like others do. They did a job with the quality of a big company but at a very reasonable price. This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
