John did a good job of putting things back together, which had not been done on previous services. Previous services performed by Goettl seem to produce adequate performance from our two units.

However, talking with John had me doubting his training. At least he called someone for guidance.

True to form, the tech tried to sell me more maintenance at several $100s to $1000s. The Goettl techs do this every time they come out to perform the spring and fall services.

The only reason we keep going back is that when bought our units from them they gave us 10 years of free, twice a year services. Most of the time they have tried to say we don't have the 10-year free service agreement until we bring out the receipt and have to argue with them for a bit.

Kyler did an amazing job with my complex plumbing issues. Josh came later to help out with the water heater installation. They stayed late to get the job done. Great customer service, professionalism and team work.

REEis was more than i expected in the flex duct work installed through out my home.. from the initial visit to recommend and design the system to the install, all employees were professional, courteous and very cautious of keeping dust and dirt to a minimum. The new ducts and registers improved the home in comfort tremendously.

Fixed problem with AC unit fast and it works well.

I was recommended this place. Due to issues earlier back in April / May when I tried to get my unit checked for summer they kept moving the date. Then I finally got a date and had to cancel due to a health issue. Called today to try and reschedule and was told by Samantha so sorry but they are too busy with other customers and will only come out if I have an issue with my unit. That's why I wanted them to come out to make sure I don't have issues. Was also interested in getting a quote for a new ac unit all together which was ignored. My suggestion to other consumers is find a company that has time for you and wants your money.

The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. They couldn't be bothered to make their scheduled appt. When they couldn't come 2 hours ahead of schedule, they sent the tech home and told me I was out of luck. Terrible customer service. Don't give them your business.

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

We called late last night because our AC system broke. While other companies advertise themselves as “24 hour emergency repair” they were the only ones who were willing and able to show up and do the work. Casey was at my house within the hour and fixed the system as well as explained the problem and what he did/how he did it as well as tips on how to keep it from happening again. 5/5 would recommend and we will definitely call them again should we need their services
