We had the pleasure of working with Andy of SG Mechanical when we purchased our
AC in 2016. The experience was excellent and the did it on very short notice. Since we had it installed and took out the service contract , we have had the pleasure of working with Kyle and Jim who
do our bi-annual service. We have nothing but compliments for SG, along with Andy, Kyle and Jim..Their work is exceptional and they always clean everything up whe finished. In an area where there are so many choices for AC services we highly recommend this company and these employees.

My air went out on one of 115 degree days, they came out on the same day! I was given a window between 5-7 and they were here a half hour early. Very efficient and thorough. We will not only use them again, but recommend them to everyone we know!!

Disappointed in my sales rep who never returned to check out the work done, It looks sloppy.

AC unit was not working. I had some guys from Howard air come check it out. First it was wiring, then later it was found to be the motor. Took a while to figure out the problem, but when they figured it out it was fixed that same day and the AC works great now. I was overcharged, but when they realized the mistake they refunded the difference the same day. Overall I was pleased with the staff and how they really seem to care about their customers.

Great experience with these guys. Told them I wanted someone to diagnose a problem with my AC unit so I could turn around and have my home warranty cover it. Greg did just that and didn't try to sell me anything along the way. Genuine dude 5 stars.

Alex was a very professional young man, I enjoyed meeting him. It is nice to know there are still nice young people out there. He explained the condition of my AC unit and gave me recommendations, which I did appreciate. Thanks for having him on your staff, I look forward to seeing him again.

I rarely write reviews and am even less likely to be impressed with a company and their service but in this case, I have to make an exception. We had a failure of our almost 15 year old rooftop A/C unit. I called ACA on a Monday morning at 8:00 am and they had a technician on-site by noon. He confirmed my fear that the compressor was shot and because the unit used R-22 refrigerant, it didn't make sense to repair it and it needed to be replaced.So here it was noon on a Monday and we were leaving for a trip on Wednesday morning so I just assumed I would have to deal with it when I got back. What amazed me next was that within 15 minutes I had an emailed quote for a new unit (which was less than I had expected) and a follow-up phone call. To my surprise they thought they could do an install the next day. This really stunned me because the unit was not one I expected to be in stock and the installation required coordination with a crane service to lift the unit to the roof. They called back in less than a half hour and had everything scheduled for noon on Tuesday.On Tuesday the crew arrived promptly at 11:55 (when does that ever happen). They started their prep and the crane arrive an hour later. They were so prepared and organized that the crane was on-site less than 30 minutes. And literally 5 minutes after they lifted the old unit of the roof, a scrap dealer arrived to haul the old unit away. Truly amazing efficiency.Less than 3 hours later, they were completely finished. I grew up in the A/C industry and I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the installation. Everything was neat and professionally done with great attention to detail and after they left, there was no sign they had been there - no trash, no mess, nothing. And the price was EXACTLY what was quoted. No add-ons, no extras.I can highly recommend ACA and will use them exclusively in the future.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

A-rated is an incredible ac business! Their employees were responsive, respectful, on time, and explained the cause and solution to our problem well. The price was more than reasonable especially since they were able to help us quickly.
