Best Commercial Energy in Phoenix AZ

I acquired many quotes for replacing my windows and Energy Shield was extremely competitive not just in price but the service received just in first meeting for quote process. Window replacement was scheduled with parts and workers being on time with a notification letting me know when they'd arrive. With my job I wasn't able to be there but my girlfriend complimented their cleanliness and how corgual they were. The windows look great and operate as promised!

This company is very responsive, my problem is they replaced some broken windowsills and didn't replace the rubber weather stripping. The tech just left it hanging loose so that the window looked like it was falling apart. I called the company to complain and they said that they didn't have replacement weather stripping because the window was to old and usually they apply a silicone beading to the old weather strips but the tech didn't have any silicone so he just left it hanging very loose like that. My problem is that this tech obviously doesn't take pride in his work and now has to make a second trip out to my property to finish the job properly because leaving it the way he did was not proper. UPDATE: The very day I posted my review I was contacted by True View Windows and they were concerned enough to fix the issue. I have now changed my review to 5 stars because being in the customer service industry myself I understand how important it is to correct my opinions especially when it involves companies that care. I am now a very satisfied customer. Is this not the kind of companies you want to do business with????

On time, quality work and paid exactly what the guy quoted on the phone (I hate hidden fees). I want to replace my old sliding glass door with a new efficient one. I will definitely call them once I'm ready.

A few empty promises. We went 7 months waiting for a window. They forgot to order that one...they ordered the wrong size....it will be there Friday...They meant Monday...

(Revised) We eventually got all of our windows and they fixed most of issues.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.
