I have been a Hobaica customer for many years, first with a new a/c system installation and subsequently with their twice yearly maintenance contract. I have found them to be reliable and honest in their dealings.
For the past several years, my regular technician has been Tom, who is always on time, courteous and helpful However, last week he went way above and beyond helpful by cleaning leaves and debris out of my gutters while he was on the roof servicing the a/c unit. This is by no means within his job responsible;otoes bit he cheerfully took care of it, and while it may have been no big deal to him, it was very much appreciated by me.

I had a poor experience with another company that tried to rob me on a new unit and regular tune ups. The owner of sun devil gave me a killer deal on a new unit in 2017 and great follow up service since! They have a great team and solid leadership in Gerardo!!! Hassle-free, Great service, and knowledgeable techs!!

Henny came very promptly at 8 today. He checked everything on our air conditioning unit saw some damage and immediately fixed everything

First, let me start off by saying I am shocked by the number of positive reviews for this place. Dealing with this company has been a horrendous process since day one. Stacy, the admin person, is extremely rude and greatly lacks professionalism. I had to deal with her trying to aggressively sell me a new unit multiple times before she finally got the clue to stop pressuring me. My unit is 5 years old, yet she told me it was subpar and old and I should just replace it. She didn't even know how old it was when she was telling me it's old. When I told her it was 5 years old, she changed what she said to it's middle aged. The technicians that came out told me that it's a good name, not old or middle aged. I was told by the technicians that 15-20 years old is what qualifies as an older unit. Stacy has her aggressive sales tactics that she will use to try to convince you that you have no other choice but to replace your unit. Don't fall for it! I feel so bad for all the elderly/naive people that have probably believed her lies. She is on commission and will do anything to convince you to buy a new AC out of pocket and avoid the home warranty company. Every interaction I've had with Stacy has been difficult. We have been trying to use our home warranty to get the costs of the repairs covered, but her poor communication has caused several delays. The repairs should be covered under our policy, but, we decided to hire another contractor to do the job because we are so frustrated with waiting on this company to follow the protocol requirements by the home warranty. It is clear to me that this company only works with the home warranty companies in order to try to make sales and convince their customers that it's useless to use the home warranty. They tried to sell me a new, bigger unit, a better brand unit, insulation, etc... All I needed was one tiny part!! So glad we went Matt over at Desert Diamond Mechanical! He was able to come out and get it fixed within an hour!

Alien AC were all professionals and they knew the best and most efficient system that I needed for my house.

Great service, very prompt and professional technician. Only bad part of experience was the enormous upcharge of nearly 400% parts and labor, for a blower motor that retails around $175 with no more than an hour worth of labor worth about $90hr. Understanding overhead is built in, $850 quote was way to high. The $88 charge to come out was reasonable and again, service tech was great but your prices prohibit me from using you again.

Amazing job , thorough and so professional (especially during covid) quick to answer and schedule, and valuing past customers. Very fair pricing and only work on what’s actually necessary to repair.

I've been with Howard Air for years - including a new install - and couldn't recommend them more highly. When you have an outage, you get a bunch of recommendations I use (so and so) and my response each time was No, I've got Howard Air, nobody touches them.
Reasonable prices, for sure, but their service and professionalism are unrivaled at every touchpoint in the process.
In perhaps 10 years I've never had a bad interaction and every tech has been as good or better than the last. (Shout out to Art for yesterday)

This company is phenomenal. From the first call to the installation was 7 days which surprised me because this is a very busy season. The techs were very professional and they worked diligently to get the job done and I’ve received txts this morning how I liked the unit, if I had questions, they are eager to help in any way possible. I highly recommend this company for your needs.

Got a new train A/C unit installed. I had 2 companies come out and B3 got the job done at a better price and with a higher quality unit. They also had it done the next day and the other company was a few days out. Nice experience working with Keith over there.

Had a great install from Larson. They hit a bit of a snag during the installation process, but they did a great job with the service recovery. The crew was very friendly and professional. Cesar Torres, Kyle McDonald, and Mike House are superb technicians and I appreciated their feedback and hard work. I would definitely recommend them to friends, they did a great job!

As the maintenance person for a machine shop, we were having a hard time finding a company to clean and service some smog hog air filtration units. I was also in need of Nordfab ducting over two pieces of equipment. Not only could Ducts, Inc. provide the special ducting, they tackled the servicing of the Smog Hogs without hesitation. Work was done efficiently and without much disturbance to our machinists in the area. The duct work looks excellent and was installed with professionalism. My points of contact were Sharon, Owner & President and Bob, Vice-President of Operations. Both were very friendly, accommodating and professional. Today 5/04 at 4.30am one of your drivers in Queen Creek decided to be on his phone checking messages on Queen Creek rd from Ironwood to Ellsworth. He was going 30 in a 45 with him sometimes speeding up to 45 and then slowing down constantly. He was holding up traffic because he needed to be on his phone checking messages. That road usually has no traffic at that time but there was a line cars because your guy was too busy on his phone while driving and holding up traffic.
And yes I could see he was on his phone, I was right behind him.
