Lone Star designed an outstanding landscaping plan for both our front and back yards. The back yard included a water feature, grill island and firepit. Our goal was to complement our views of Black Mountain and the Boulders resort and Chris did a great job of accomplishing this. Design and the actual work were performed on schedule and in a professional manner. Any follow up work was also done promptly. I can highly recommend Lone Star Landscaping.

I had asked for the bushes to be trimmed and not hedged. They just went at the bushes with power tools and did not take the time to look at what they were cutting. There were four bushes in the back and they shaped them as if they were only two bushes. Had asked for bushes to be thinned out to help with the sagging and this was not done as the plants were hedged. The planter bed was not cleaned of old debris. Barely on site for 10-15 mins.

Excellent customer service and excellent work. I filled my information on their website and within an hour they called and we set up an appointment for an estimate. When I decided to have them do the sod installation, it was completed when they said it would be. I highly recommend them and will have them do any future projects.

I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. They did a great job on our backyard landscaping makeover! They were very responsive and even helped us fix a mess that our dogs caused after the initial work was done. I would absolutely recommend this team!

There were a couple mishaps but they did fix them all. I love how my back yard looks now.

The most inconsiderate company. ? woke up an entire house if people who had a long day of work ahead of them with a chainsaw 5 ft from or room window. And they weren't even working for us. I I derstand beating the heat. But that was ridiculous
