We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. Tyler was the tech, very professional and knowledgeable. Another plumbing company sent out a Melvin and he had no idea how to troubleshoot. Tyler identified the problem quickly and found several options for finding the parts that the original manufacturer said were not available. Parts came in, he came right over and put them in and we're good to go. He was very personable and apologized for the parts which were out of his control. Excellent work. Very happy with Parker and Sons and Tyler.

Scheduled PM on a split unit, performed on 04/19/2022. Total charge was 119.90 for service. Stated that everything was clean and in good working condition. Advice capacitor may need replacement n the future. Was very thorough on his notes on invoice Problem now is there was a leak so I called my Home Shield, tech stated coils in attic were filthy, causing the leak, now had to pay for coils and refrigerant of 2400.00.. Home Shield does not cover refrigerant. Spoke with Tiffany yesterday at Adams, extremely rude, hung up on me stated there will be no refund. This tech NEVER entered my house. ONLY serviced and inspected outdoor units. Falsified his documentation, and Adams had the nerve to call me a liar stating he did go into my home. FYI, the owner did call and speak with my bother, promised he would speak with the tech and get back with us. NEVER did. So disappointed and extremely irritated for being ignored and called a liar by Adams Refrigeration.

Ben was awesome! He went above and beyond. He even helped advise me on some other repairs in my home. Definitely would recommend them!

Outstanding service and great prices

After 5 visits, 5 technicians, and several weeks, I’m hoping they finally managed to fix my heater properly.

I used Arizona Pro Service air conditioner expertise services about a month ago. I didn’t want to review them immediately because I wanted a good month of normal operating to see how the installation had gone. Let me tell you. Everything works exceptionally well. Nick and his team not only changed my entire AC system. They moved it to another location freeing up room in my backyard and making it quieter and more enjoyable for me. The AC compressor was moved from the north side of the house to the east side. New lines, including electricity supplied to the new unit, was professionally installed and hidden as not to create eye soars. The installation was 110% perfect. They added a new return to the air handler unit. Cutting a hole in my wall and installing a return vent. You would never have guessed that it was added. It looks as if the house was already built with an extra return line. I cannot say enough to recommend this company and their exceptional professionalism. They also went through all my AC ducting in the attic, ensuring everything was operating to maximum efficiency. Nick was honest from the very beginning with time frames pricing and realistic expectations on choosing a new unit. Thank you for making my home comfortable again Nick!

First time this company came out, Mike, the service guy was unable to fix the heat. He did say it was fixed and was only here 10 minutes but no heat was working. I called and complained and the general manager came out with another service worker for about an hour and a half and fixed my heat. It turned out to be the thermostat after he checked and was able to replace it but gave no reason as to why Mike said nothing was wrong.
