He has been to my home on numerous occasions to conduct routine maintenance inspections as well as repairs. My air went out on one of 115 degree days, they came out on the same day! I was given a window between 5-7 and they were here a half hour early. Very efficient and thorough. We will not only use them again, but recommend them to everyone we know!!

Thank goodness for Lincoln Air! Our AC unit had been broken for quite some time, and Arizona heat is nothing to play around with. We needed it fixed ASAP! We called a family friend to take a look at our broken unit and we were quoted thousands of dollars worth of work and equipment. It wasn't until we called Lincoln Air out that we found out it wasn't as expensive as we thought. They were able to find us a less expensive repair and provide us with excellent service! Our technician team of Calvin W and Stefan M. were early and spent several hours cleaning a HVAC duct system which had apparently never been cleaned since the house was built. These guys did an amazing job, were professional, mindful, and left the house cleaner than they found it. I got a Technitian named Lenard(I guess that's the way his name write) He was so profesional and taked almost all morning to fing the root of my problem. I apreciate you still have Technitian like him that takes the time to solve the issue.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

I truly felt the advice I was given as a homeowner was authentic and reliable due to their industry knowledge of heating and cooling systems. I will definitely be using their services for any future needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone.
