He took his time, analyzed all my options, took great notes and listened to the issues with real concern. I am going to purchase a new unit from his Company just based on his performance. I also want to say the office staff was outstanding as well. I can see why this Company has such great reviews and a very long standing. They stand behind their work, they are good on their word, and they are not over priced. Derek showed up two hours after I called in for service. I am looking forward to working with this Company and will refer them to all of my friends and clients.

Fred and his team are absolutely awesome! Our daughter had used AZ Perfect Comfort to replace her AC and recommended them to us. We got 3 different quotes and out of everyone that came to provide the quote, Fred was the one that provided the most information and spent the most time with us. He is very professional and will tell you straight out that he is not trying to sell you anything you do not need.

Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

From the first call to the finished product, my experience as a consumer was fantastic. Upfront, honest and they even completed a few extra repairs that were on my honey do list while they were here. Highly recommend this company.

On Saturday, 10/1/22, I had my unit serviced by Andrew Hepfinger from George Brazil. He presented himself as extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very thorough, explained everything to me, and even sent me videos of his work. I was extremely happy with the job that he did and will request him next time.

My A/C which was over 20 years old was having mechanical issues so I contacted an A/C company (you know the well known company in which the Techs wear white uniforms) to access the A/C. To cut to the chase the Tech gave me an outrageous price to repair the unit and even a more outrageous price to replace it with (after my research) a subpar York A/C.
A friend told me about ABC Air Conditioning so I contacted them and the owner, Tom Smedley came out, free of charge, to access my A/C unit. While accessing the A/C Tom did at no charge a temporary fix on the mechanical issue, WOW!! I decided my A/C served me well but it was time for out with the old and in with the new. Trevor Smedley provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. Trevor and Tom than came out to personally discuss and advise me. After discussing my options I decided to purchase a 3ton 16seer Trane unit. I did my research on Trane and Trane is rated #1 when it comes to customer satisfaction and Quality. Within a week of my decision the new install was complete. Tom was at my home personally supervising and ensuring a quality install. I will continue to use ABC for bi-annual check ups of my unit. ABC saved me thousands over that other company and just made me feel comfortable working with them. Great decision on my part!

Scott is reliable and gets the job completed In a professional and timely matter. My experience has always been the best. When my AC unit needed repair he quickly came out and fixed my unit. Now it's being replaced and he most helpful In walking me through the process. It's hard to find someone honest and to provide exceptional services. Scott is the guy to handle your AC emergencies! Great service all around! The office picked up right away and had my service request completed with in minutes. The tech showed up with in an hour of the call. Paul Miller was my technician, not only was he here quickly but he worked quickly to diagnose my problem and fixed the problem just as quickly. I felt well informed of the issues and at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything I didn't need or felt like I was being told incorrect information about my ACs problem. This is a big worry for most people I think in that we feel like we are going to be told we need something we don't just to get more money out of us. I will only use SMW from now on and I would recommend them to anyone, I would also recommend they request Paul Miller if possible.

We had a high profile tenant moving in and we needed a couple units serviced ASAP. Another company came and quoted us 2 GRAND to move the condenser to the roof because it wasn’t getting enough air flow.

Thankfully we called Phoenix Air Dept. They came
out the next day and were able to diagnose the problem and actually create a REAL solution for less than half the original quote from those other guys.

Now our tenant is happy as can be. Phoenix Air Dept saved us time, money, and gave us true peace of mind.
