We had them replace outside ground a/c compressor unit, gas heater, air handler, coil, interior thermostat, a/c disconnect, and electrical whip.Having done this exact type of work myself, this team of 2 impressed me by using drop cloths over the tile, applied painters tape over the painted surfaces at the attic opening, took extra care of our interior areas by not bumping into anything with the dolly, old unit, new unit, and overall our experience with Parker & Sons has been exceptional! Exceeded our expectations!

Andrian (I think that was his name) advised me he damage the crown molding around the attic entry and a repair man would come out and fix it. Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!

Really know their stuff.....informs you on what you need without 'selling you products you don't need', giving you the price right off the bat before they do the work. They redesigned the airflow in our home with new registers and now we have a cooler and more comfortable home.

Keeps you informed when he is coming and is on time.

Called Heat Slayer because our ac did not start cooling… he happened to be in the area after a previous job, came over and worked for 4 hours getting our system running. We have a great ac, but there happens to be a manufacturing flaw. Richard and Nick kept me informed and we are now on cool mode! ?! They did work for me in the past, and I plan to use them for any other ac work! Oh, they also installed a split unit a couple of years ago!
