AZ Perfect Comfort replaced an AC fan motor that was covered under warranty. They were professional, personable, timely and provided excellent communication. Mack was awesome to work with and powered through the repair in 110+ temps to get us back up and running. I will use them again when the need arises. Thanks guys!

First I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. We HIGHLY recommend Rising Sun Air! The absolute phenomenal customer service we were offered for our AC repair will be the reason we come back time and time again to them! The team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind! Their pricing is fair and affordable, with payment options if necessary, taking the stress out of AC repairs and replacements. They are the Kings of customer service, and always had a smile! Piñon Air provided great customer service and completed the job when they said it was going to be completed, on time, and on budget. Technicians were very polite and professional.

I called George Brazil last year(2020) to have them come install and replace both my ac condenser and air handler. After the installation they told me to call them in May 2021to have them service the unit.I called them and they schedule me for June. Then when I called them to remind me what day the service was, they rescheduled me for July. Then again the told me they didn’t know when they would have time to come service my unit. Well today guess what, my unit stopped working. I called them and they can’t send someone today. If they had come service my unit when they were supposed to maybe my A/C would be working right now. I can’t even call anyone else that can see it today because it would void my warranty.Update:George Brazil fixed my unit and the A/C works perfectly now. They repaired it under the warranty and I had no out of pocket costs. They replaced the part that broke with a new one. They did a temporary fix the day after it went out. Two weeks later they came back with the part to fix it permanently.However the timeframe was still an issue. They seem to be too busy during summer which is understandable in AZ.Overall service was good. My advice is to schedule you service maintenance appointment to fall-winter to avoid them rescheduling you. The unit needs to be serviced once a year to keep the warranty.

Apex was amazing. Louis was super professional and clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable technician who replaced our evaporation coil and serviced our compressor. The evaporator coil installation took a fair amount of fabrication to make it fit our system. Louis did it all in stride and it works beautifully. Will always call Apex! Apex was a 10 out of 10!

I have used Five Star A/C twice. One was a replacement and the second was a new install. Tim and Dan sent Tony and Ashley to do the install. I can not say enough about their abilities. They installed while we were open and worked around us. They worked clean and kept on task until the job was complete. I would recommend Five Star and the team of Tony and Ashley to anyone. Great Job!

From Gerald to the installation team, all did what they said they where going to do. They showed up on time, little if any mess, finished the job promptly and Gerald double check the work. As former contractor I do not recommend many, but these guys I do, because they earned it.

B3 replaced one of our very old heat pumps last year quickly and professionally. This year, when our other old unit started to die, we called them and they once again did a fabulous job. On top of the great service, their prices can't be beat! They saved us $$$!
