The service provided by technician Joe Kleinman today was exemplary. He was called to check for a carbon monoxide leak in our heating and air-conditioning system. Our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were going off when we turned our heat on in the home. He thoroughly checked the system and confirmed that there was no carbon monoxide leak. He communicated with us so well and was very thorough in dealing with the situation. Everyone in the office was so helpful in setting up the appointments. This includes Cassie, Steffi, Michelle, Drew and several others whose names I can’t remember. Everyone is so polite and patient and helpful. I highly recommend The Day and NightHeating and air conditioning repair company and I look forward to using them in the future.I just realized that I forgot to write a review about the other technician who came to our house on the initial visit. His name is Ivan. Ivan was just as outstanding as Joe Kleinman. Ivan did the initial assessment of the carbon monoxide problem and then bumped it up to Joe who had more sensitive equipment. So Ivan took care of the first step in the evaluation and then Joe took care of the second. Ivan was equally as professional, highly qualified, extremely thorough and a great communicator. Both technicians were a pleasure to deal with! 5 stars all around!

I called Ace with my Mini Split not working, Ace was great they called me ahead of time when technicians would arrive, Javier & Juan arrived ready and were down to business right away.They were able to give me a accurate diagnosis on my A/C unit. I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.
