After giving me a new roof, we had a very difficult problem. In the end Devon worked very, very hard over several weeks to fix the problem, drywall and paint the area. Looks like new. And Richard is definitely the nicest and most professional employee they could ever have.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

Amazing work by amazing guys! Mike and Jack did incredible work! I would highly recommend them! They are honest, on time, and get the job done with the highest levels of integrity!

We recently noticed roof damage on the back side of our house. Tracy Wallis was quick to come out and look at the damage, and he worked with our insurance adjuster and was able to locate and match our roof tiles perfectly and completed the job in record time.

Shelby came right out the morning after I called them, thoroughly answered every question and, when I went up there on the roof with her, took me through every issue. She'd been on the insurance side previously, so she'd seen a lot of roofs and was really good at educating me. She also showed me samples of shingles and the underlayment material, gave me a brochure of colors and links to photos of houses with the different shingles colors. Throughout the process she sent written updates, she always got right back to me, was thorough and detailed, and also, was lovely to deal with. Carlos, the construction boss, was also amazing. Took me through the process again, let me know when things would arrive (dumpster, shingles, crew, etc) and coordinated everything beautifully. He also came out several times to explain things, review things and give his final approval. His team, headed by Rene, went above and beyond. It was a challenging roof, but Rene had 20 years of experience, and anticipated problems. We had to replace one fairly large section of plywood. They took lots of photos for insurance, Shelby and I got approvals, and Rene did an absolutely beautiful job. The crew cleaned up every day, were so nice to be around, and were committed to doing excellent work. Did I mention it was 107 for the days they were here? The whole experience was fantastic and hassle-free from beginning to end. I can't say enough about the integrity, honestly and quality work done by Phoenix Roofing and Remodel. I agree with the other reviewers who said they are the best in the Valley. They are.
