5 STARS because so far so good on my hot water heater and the job done to get my bath tub draining good. However it was a bit of a rocky start. My appointment originally was set for 3-5 pm at 5:40 I called and was told that they told Dwayne I had cancelled the appointment. NOT TRUE.... They rescheduled but then Dwayne was sick(glad we spoke as I don't like having sick people here) so we rescheduled (luckily it was just a small leak starting so no emergency). The installers came and were great they got the job done however the pan didn't fit they sent for the water heater so my reply was who cares there was never one there in the first place. Then when Dwayne came to inspect the job on the water heater he said where's the pan? I explained it didn't fit, he informed me that they should have stopped and gotten a round one and that would fit. I said that this may have been my fault for telling the guy that it never had one before so why would it need it now after all it's only 2 deep and it's a 55gal h/w heater. Dwayne then called the office and asked them to send the guys out to redo the heater and put the proper pan under it. Dwayne then took care of the bathtub thing. This morning Carlos came and measured for the round pan and they will call to verify when they will be here but most likely Tuesday. I am so worried about having this heater reworked to get the pan under it but Carlos said that it is code to have this pan under and assured me that there will be no problem that they do this all the time. I hope so. I also hope they don't mind signing something written by me that if there is any problem going forward that they WILL be responsible.
