I INITIALLY USED THIS COMPANY LAST SUMMER TO REPLACE MY HVAC THEY WERE WONDERFUL .MOST RECENTLY I ARRIVED HOME AT 8:00PM TO FIND MY AC NOT WORKING CALLED &LEFT MSG ON THEIR PHONE. WAS CALLED NEXT DAY @7:30 AM[SATURDAY] THEY SCHEDULED ME FOR SAME DAY CALL. IF THAT ISNT GREAT SERVICE I DONT KNOW WHAT IS NOT ONLY DID THEY FIX MY A C THEY CHANGED MY FILTERS THEY ARE GREAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Technicians arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and performed expert service maintenance on my Goettel unit, removed a swamp cooler from the roof, and arranged for haul-off. No mess left behind. I highly recommend A/C and Refrigeration. And you will love working with Mindy who is also friendly and honest, with no up-selling pressure, and who really knows her stuff.

This company is phenomenal. From the first call to the installation was 7 days which surprised me because this is a very busy season. The techs were very professional and they worked diligently to get the job done and I’ve received txts this morning how I liked the unit, if I had questions, they are eager to help in any way possible. The guys came out and repaired a clogged drain line and topped off the system and got our air blowing cold again. They showed me pictures of my system and gave me options without the high pressure sales tactics. I would highly recommend this company for any A/C needs.

Jose and his crew are top notch! Great customer service from the initial request all the way to the end of the install. Jose keeps you updated through the whole process with pictures/ videos and educates you on your HVAC needs. He is punctual, professional, and does very clean work. Very great price for a new heat pump system when compared to other quotes. Will definitely be using him for my other unit when it dies and my yearly maintenance needs. He might be a small business but it doesn’t stop him from delivering the best customer experience possible.
