Micheal was our service technician...he was doing our annual plumbing inspection...a great service by Patrick Riley. He gets 5+ Stars from us! We received a very high water bill and he inspected everything very carefully.He was so honest! We had a replacement kitchen faucet available, but he solved the problem with a set screw and I saved $200 by returning the new faucet.Upon learning about our skin reaction to water in AZ vs our recent stay in Iowa, he made recommendations on a new water softening system that might help our situation! No pressured sales, just good information that we are going to pursue installation in the next month.Great employee of a great company!

Call was made to service department around noon and had a tech at my house within 5 hours same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try and sell me anything. Took the time to explain to me the problem and said he would report his findings back to the office. So far working with the Howard Air company has truly impressed me. Update Howard Air installed two new A/C units yesterday 6/12/20 in our home. A could not believe how professional and extremely courteous the installation team was. The four of them moved thru out the process in harmony where each knew what the other needed and made the install look like a well practiced dance step for step. Kudos to the installers John , Joe , Pat and Alonso for simply a outstanding job. Again would highly rate this A/C company for your cooling and heating needs.

Aguilar A/C & Heating were great. Family business father and son showed up quick first thing in the morning day after I contacted them. Fixed all the problems I had going on blower fan issue and water draining issue. Really honest down to earth company saved me lots of money before my problems got worse. I did contact them because they had the same last name as me. Turned out to be probably the best decision I made. I highly recommend This company. Your for sure to get the best service possible.

Brandon came out and fixed the problem. We had too much refrigerant in the system and it was stressing out the unit and making a loud noise. He came out within 2 hours of me calling for appointment. At first the noise was still there but after several hours the noise is gone. Definitely going to use island breeze from now on! Reasonable prices, professional and knowledgeable. No major upselling. The last place we used told us we needed new units very soon and that completely stressed us out. We had Darryl out several years ago but lost his contact info. So glad we found them again! LaRon stopped by my house to install a condenser located outside. He was very professional. Being a senior we always appreciate someone treating us kindly and he did that. As long as you have people like LaRon working for you we will always continue to use Teflon Heating and Cooling.

The installer did not install a thermostat that had a common wire which our unit required and also left some wire not connected or connected inappropriately. The was discovered after we found the heater was not working even after the installer came back out to fix the issue - he was not able to fix the issue and eventually told us to contact a different company refusing to come back out. After calling a new company an appropriate thermostat was installed, wires were connected appropriate and the unit is working as it should.

I was told by an AC company, sent out by my home warranty, that my evaporator coils needed to be cleaned. (Although he never laid his eyes on them). I contacted B3 refrigeration to conduct the cleaning. Zeke came out, looked at the coils, and provided honest feedback (not that dirty at all). He cleaned them quickly and thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and was friendly. Great customer service at an great price. Thank you B3 Refrigeration.

My air co9nditioner quit working and the technician fixed the problems in a timely manner. The temperature was 107 so time was of the essence. They thoroughly explained the problems and pricing. I will definitely deal with them in the future. They are honest and fair.
