I first encountered Five Star Air at the Home and Garden Show in Phoenix. I was looking for help with purchasing wall unit for a spare bedroom. Chuck came out, did an analysis of the current system in my house, cleaned debris from the ducts, and adjusted vents. The adjustments worked and I did not need an additional unit. Since then I have been using Five Star Air for annual maintenance. Chuck is knowledgeable and honest. I strongly recommend Five Star for HVAC repair, installation and maintenance.

I called this company for a routine maintenance inspection on my AC. They were prompt and friendly. The price was very reasonable and they did not try to upsell me at all. Answered all of my questions. I will be calling them again later in the year to check on my heating system. Highly recommend!

We us Crispy Air for our ac and heat maintenance for the last 2 years and they have repaired them twice. Always on time and the technicians are always very professional. Best of all, they can get to you quickly. Our unit went out 6/20/2021 during heat wave of 113-118 degrees daily and they got us up and running the next day!

Gerald was very punctual and explained everything in detail that was understandable, when his Crew showed up on time to start the removal and installation of my new ac, they were clean, and prepared.

Mountain A/C has been great to work with. We needed to have a new unit installed and they did an amazing job. They explained the whole process so that I knew what to expect. The did exactly what they said they would do and exceeded my expectations. Due to the amazing service we also called them when a fan went out on another unit. Great reliable company!

I purchased several units from Cardinal heating and Cooling. They will not answer the phone if you have a warranty issue. You may receive a text back. My unit went out this week and I have called and sent numerous text with no response. Finally after threating to take them to court I got an angry text back. They did come and assess my ac unit, said they would come back the next morning and do the repair. I was ghosted after that and ended up having to pay out of pocket for another company to fix it even though I have a service and labor warranty with Cardinal that is still active. Do not use this company, they have no integrity or ethics.

It got really cold in Arizona which I didn't think would ever happen. Turns out my furnace wasnt working which made the family pretty unhappy. I found Accutemp online and they sent someone out immediately and fixed the furnace and now my home is warm and toasty. I appreciated that the technician didn't try to upsell me on anything but when I do need a new system I will be calling Accutemp.
