I scheduled an appointment with an electrician to repair some outlets and a hot-water heater timer. The soonest they could get to me was 6 days out Tuesday 12/14. They gave me a time window of 10AM to 6PM. I got a curtesy call around 10:30 Tuesday and was told I was on their schedule. They couldn’t give me an updated timeframe for the electrician arrival. I called them around 1:30 and was told I was still on the schedule. I called again around 4 and was told the same thing. At 5:45 I called and was finally transferred to the scheduler and was told the electrician wouldn’t be able to get to me, they were over booked and they wanted to reschedule me 5 days out. I had a few a few choice words with the scheduler and overall service. I took off work so the electrical work could be done. They left me hanging and could have informed me much earlier in the day. Also they wanted to reschedule me out 5 days when an electrician should have been at my house the next day. Extremely poor customer service. I will not deal with George Brazil in the future.... I would like to give 1/2 Stars...

George Blitch is a stand up guy that takes care of your HVAC needs and is honest. He doesn’t do things that are unnecessary or claim to be able to do things he can not. Relationship is the primary concern, not the dollar

We found ourselves in a very hard spot, having both our AC units go out at once. We where nervous about how big of a job it was going to be BUT Adam treated us with such care and understanding. He walked us through the problem, explained what we needed to do, and gave us plenty of time to think about it. For us It was very clear his name was more then a brand it was his culture... he treated us like a good Neighbor would. We hired him and he delivered on time, professional, and clean. He showed us step by step what was happening and at the end taught us how to use everything new. Thank you Adam for going over the top! Matt did a good job...as far as I know. Friendly, courteous, worked in timely manner. Appreciate he noticed rattle in one of the vents and easily corrected it. Also put up my next filter as I've been unable due to a back injury injury.Dispatch could do better letting customer know ETA. It was 80 min from notification call to arrival as tech started out on the other side of the valley during rush hour. Same problem with other service companies though.

Aguilar A/C & Heating were great. Family business father and son showed up quick first thing in the morning day after I contacted them. Fixed all the problems I had going on blower fan issue and water draining issue. Really honest down to earth company saved me lots of money before my problems got worse. I did contact them because they had the same last name as me. Turned out to be probably the best decision I made. I highly recommend This company. Your for sure to get the best service possible.
