B3 was sent out as the first contractor on an AC home warranty claim. They thoroughly assessed the issue and notified us that we most likely had a Freon leak, but would need to come back the next day to do some tests. Tim came out the second day and gave it to me straight. We had a leak in the coil and the costs of repair would be substantial considering the age and type of unit we had. The home warranty tried to delay everything and made our experience a nightmare, but Tim was in constant contact with me the entire time. After deciding to take a payout from the home warranty to buy a new unit, B3 was the easy choice. We were able to get a great deal on a new 16 seer 3.5 ton Train unit and the install took just over 4 hours. So far everything has worked perfectly and the home cools exponentially faster compared to the old unit. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. Tim is the guy you want to speak to and will make you confident in your buying choice.

We were able to schedule an appointment within one hour, which was essential because our residential air conditioning units had gone out. Matt was very professional and on time. Matt had all the parts in his truck, which was terrific because a lot of companies don’t have the parts in hand/inventory to fix your AC unit these days. Matt repaired one unit— replaced a motor and capacitor, and cleaned unit 1, and added Freon in the other A/C unit; both units are working like new; Matt was very kind and pleasant to deal with, clearly explained the issues and showed us the problems; very patient too. I highly recommend mechanical brothers, heating and cooling.

Installed A/C (2018) repeatedly is breaking down every AZ summer (when most needed). They respond but not within a timely manner, had another issue this weekend, left voicemail have yet to hear from them! Had to hire another company, they advised that work was extremely sloppy, pipes were not even glued causing water leak through my ceiling on 2 separate occasions. Steer clear of these thieves!!!

Great service and awesome guys really explained to me the whole process of the installation and how to properly maintain my equipment. I would definitely be using them in the future for Air conditioning needs.

I can't see enough wonderful things about Scott and his team. We have done shower installations, AC service and repairs at both my home and office, and multiple plumbing repairs ranging from children clogging toilets to the homeowner (me) not changing out his reverse RO system filters correctly an causing a leak.

Eric was great. I tried the DIY fix to our Trane AC unit but that didn't work out. Called Eric, he got the part, and fixed it under 30 mins. Super fair, easy to work with, highly recommended.

I'm sure they normally don't forget to put orders in, but in my case I called with an urgent order that needed to be done the next day, they said no problem by 11 or 12. I go to pick it up at 3pm and that's when I'm informed that the gentleman forgot to put my order in so my drain pan never got made...they did try their best to remedy the situation by calling other vendors, unfortunately it was for a tour group that was only going to be in town that one night. So just make sure you double check on your order to make sure it made it to the shop floor.

ACA aircondtioning is a fantastic family owned company. Troy Davila, the owner came out to our home to look at our 15 yr old system that had decided to quit. He was totally honest with us and gave us all our options of fixing the system or replacing our system. There was absolutely no pressure, he was so patient with answering all our questions as we were deciding what the best route for us to take and in the end we replaced the entire system furnace, coil and air conditioner. The awesome team I dealt with is Samantha, who is in the office and Phil and Kevin who came out on Monday to install everything are a big part of Troy’s family business.The entire company makes you feel very secure and no stress as you go they the entire process. Very grateful we found ACA aircondtioning and the best company out in the industry.

Ulises installed minisplits in three rooms for us. He went the extra mile to find equipment given supply chain issues, and also to do things like paint the line set covers prior to installing them. He is very responsive and does great work. We'd hire him again in a heart beat.
