Shane did a great job fixing our
AC unit quickly (which is a must living in Phoenix in the summer!) and he was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this business!

Fantastic, exceptional and professional service! I called around an hour ago and was greeted by a very kind and courteous customer service representative who told me a service technician would be calling within 15 min to setup a visit and the charge would be $69 whether there is anything wrong or not. The service technician Shane called me within 5 min and followed up with courteous informational calls to ensure that I knew I could utilize my home warranty to reimburse me.

Shane the service tech showed up within the hour to promptly check the usual things, the thermostat, the air filter and then he went up on the roof. He proceeded to drain the unit and clean the coils, performing the regular maintenance to the air conditioning unit. After a thorough inspection and fine tuning, he said that my air compressor shut off due to overheating. He proceeded to recheck his work and thereupon go check my split unit in the garage which has the air filter to see if there were any points that would cause it to overheat.

He replied that he has seen this before, but if it happens again to call them and he would surmise that it would be the compressor that's the culprit. I asked him what regular maintenance intervals does he recommend and he said they usually come out and check the unit in the Spring, just before the Summer, and in the Fall, just before the Winter. But for my Split System, he'd only recommend once a year due to the unit on the roof not operating at all during the Winter. Oh and it only cost me $89 for all that he did!! :D

The whole experience was a delight considering the uncomfortable prospects and I will definitely use them for regular maintenance, highly recommended them to friends, family and coworkers!

I agreed and when he was finished he took the time to explain what options I had with Howard AC regarding maintenance. He was clean and well mannered. Island Breeze offers excellent services at fair and reasonable prices. Two technicians that I have dealt with are Darrel, the owner and Moe who are both friendly and pleasant but always professional. Both men are very knowledgeable and explain when something needs to be done in terms that I can understand, which as a homeowner I greatly appreciate so all in all I highly recommend Island Breeze.

I called receptionist scheduled appointment waited Tech never showed up or called !! A few weeks later decided to try again scheduled appointment 1 pm they never showed up had Me waiting all day never showed up or called Me !! Taking My business somewhere else for a new unit !!

Our AC compressor stopped working on a Saturday on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to schedule an appointment with me within a couple hours of calling. Gerald was prompt and professional with his assessment and service, and was quickly able to resolve the issue. Glad to have cold air again.

With the frequent storms we've experienced during monsoon season we had a few power outages causing my AC thermostat to malfunction. I called my good friend Mindy to simply ask a few questions & steer me in the right direction BUT she figured out the problem over the phone! Her expertise and knowledge is top grade! Thank you AC & Refrigeration for sending your tech out to replace my AC thermostat. Jose was also professional and pleasant. I highly recommend their services! ???

We have been dealing with ABC for about 10 years since we replaced the HVAC in our home...They have been great with their twice yearly check-up and the very few problems we have had with our Trane units.

I would like to provide feedback on the Cooling Men service. I have been using their service for a few months now, and I must say that I am impressed with their excellent service. They have always been prompt in their communication and have shown a great level of professionalism. The service they provide is top-notch, and I have no complaints whatsoever. On top of that, the price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Cooling Men to anyone who needs their services.

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

Gabriel from proskill is the type of employee you’d want for a business. Professional, thorough, and detailed. I’m a bit specific and value attention to detail and he was extremely patient and happy to accommodate. I had many questions for the job he was doing (I’m a professional detailer and had specifics for the plumbing he was doing off of water softener in the garage) and he answered ALL of them without hesitation.
