My thermostat manual disappeared a couple of years ago and I had messed it up myself. Jessie reset it to my request so I could operate it manually until I can get it reprogrammed at a later date. He was efficient and expedient with the cleaning of my ac/furnace unit.

Tom came out to offer us quotes on work that needs to be done as well as quotes for a new system. He was very upfront and went into detail explaining the way various air-conditioning systems work and what our best option would be. We haven't decided what to do yet but, we appreciated his honesty, the low pricing and we feel like we can trust Mountainside to do a great job at a fair price.

Update: We decided to replace our unit and we chose to work with Tom and Steve at Mountainside Air. They did an excellent job. They were flexible with scheduling, professional, quick, capable and most importantly, honest. They even gave us an upgraded unit because the one we purchased wasn't going to arrive in time for our scheduled install. We are glad we found a great company and highly recommend them.

A year later: While we were out of town our blower broke. We called Mountainside Air and Steve was at our house 5 minutes later to fix the problem. We trust these guys enough to give them a code to enter our home. They got right in and located the issue quickly. They hustled and found the part we need (which is nothing short of a miracle these days). Within just a few hours everything was working again. We highly recommend this company. They are excellent!

After my AC motor went bad they were able to do a quick fix when everyone else couldn't get out for a few days. Afterwords unit was struggling to cool back down since it was without ac for more than a day. They went the extra mile to check out that everything was in order and even helped me clean it out. Now I have a nice cool house and wife is happy again.

My a/c stopped working so l called a local company and they said I needed a new unit. My dad recommended me to call Millennium Commercial Cooling because he normally uses them for maintenance. They came out the next day and repaired my unit and had it up and running in no time. I highly recommend this company.

Followed all Covid-19 procedures for our safety and their employees pre visit & during. Masked everything and cleaned up. I’d recommend! Air conditioning and refrigeration LLC  added a lifetime warranty. Satisfied!  I had problem with my heat system. Technician Brock Delaney  was was so professional and kind! He was very polite and early to the appointment.He is very helpful explained everything perfectly  he was going to do and made it comfortable  for us. He is very knowledgeable about what needed done. stayed until the job was done and explained everything he did and how it works! This guy I would recommend to all my family and friends!
