We found Daniel to be informed and helpful about the cause of our problems; he offered a number of solutions, made his recommendations, and helped us determine a plan to keep our system working properly. Daniel was fantastic and friendly with our two small children and our dog, which we couldn’t be more thankful for.

Devon did a great job. Drain is clear and now I can get back to cooking. He was very professional and took the time to explain the issue and fix. Used APES for dishwasher installation. The technician showed up on time, removed the old one, installed the new one, and hauled off the old one. He verified and made sure that the dishwasher is working as expected. Great job Rene.

Truck #263 has parked in handicap parking spots before at our complex.I asked him if he knew it was handicapped ♿ and he stated yes I know, I'll move in a minute. There were 2 open parking places he could've parked in or beside the curb, but he opted for the handicapped spot. No regard for the ADA laws at all.

Patrick Riley replaced out A/C unit almost 3 years ago. I recently had them out to do a check up. Technician Matt D. was here to perform the work. I had an issue not related directly to the A/C unit but in the duct work. He took care of the issue in a very efficient manner. He made a recommendation to me for the best solution at the best pricing available to me. I found him very polite to deal with and he also had a neat clean appearance. I would highly recommend him and Patrick Riley for your A/C needs.

Having your AC break down in Arizona is never a good thing. Even with that situation, Penguin Air and Chase made the best of it. Everything was explained in an understandable manner and I was given various options for repair, and payment options that fit my budget. Last night was rough with no air conditioning, and I was sitting in cool air before noon today. That said it all! Great job PA and Chase! I highly recommend!

Donley came out to repair an A/C system and they diagnosed the problem immediately. They proceeded to clean out a clogged drain pipe that was in the garage (very easy access) and it took only about 10 minutes to clear out the clog with compressed air and then pour water through it (only one plastic zip tie was needed during the repair, no other parts). For the few minutes they were here including diagnosis, unclogging the pipe, and filling out the paperwork, they charged me over $200, not including the $89 service fee. So for being here less than 20 minutes, their bill was over $300. Be sure to get an estimate from them prior to any work, as in my opinion, they charge a grossly inordinate amount relative to the amount of time they spend on the repair. Not including the service fee, their charges were equivalent to a labor fee of over $600 per hour.

Rooms weren't heating and cooling at same temperatures. Jenna diagnosed and corrected problems to my satisfaction. She was very courteous and professional

I am really pleased with the recent service I received from this company. I was having issues with a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathtub. The team was able to swiftly offer an appointment. The plumber arrived the next day, assessed the situation, and advised us to begin by using them on the tub drain rather than resorting to more extreme measures. They cleared a hair blockage, and I've had no troubles in the last few weeks. I hope I don't need their services again very soon, but if I do, I'll surely call them.

Had Day and Night out to service our heat pump/ air conditioning and wow what a great job done by Tim the service technician. I highly recommend Day and Night and Tim along with Angela in the office who was my first point of contact.I have used other service companies in the past but these guys are so much better. We also used them over a year ago for clogged main drain and they were out right away solving the problem. This company still believes in customer service unlike most of the companies today!!
