Our heater stopped working. Our home warranty company scheduled for the next day with Teflon but then Teflon called and got us in the same day. LaRon was professional and informative when fixing our heater. He took pictures of what was broken and how he fixed it and showed me as he told me what was wrong. He quickly got it fixed and working.

Tony and his crew gave us a fantastic service in repairing our restaurant dip freezer. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and were very kind and nice to talk to in the process. They did a great work at a reasonable price. We are very happy with the repair. Went for an interview with the owner in the past & he blatantly told me during the interview that as a tech I was required to condemn every condenser fan motor on every service call & bring it back to the shop to be repainted and take a newly painted used motor off the shelf (from someone else's unit) and install it for the high price of a new motor.

I walked out and have told everyone who has mentioned them.

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

Cooling Men,Technician arrived on time, were courteous and conscientious, and worked diligently to complete the install in one day even though they were at it til almost 7:00 pm. The install was very challenging due to space issues at the attic opening and in the attic, but they made it all work. Definitely would recommend Cooling Men to anyone needing HVAC services.
