I had a great experience with Guadalupe AC Repair when they installed a new boiler in my home. Their team was very professional and efficient, and they made sure to clean up after themselves when the installation was complete. The new boiler works great and has made a noticeable difference in the warmth and comfort of my home. My ac went out and called my home warranty company and was waiting for a fight to have them cover anything, something for the repair. My home warranty company sent out LaRon from Teflon cooling and heating. He said the whole unit was done and needed to be replaced. I said to myself, here comes the fighting with my home warranty company!! LaRon submited his evaluation and report to my home warranty on Friday evening. On Saturday morning i got an email from my warranty company saying my cousin was APPROVED!! No push back from them and best of all no fighting with the warranty company!! LaRon and his crew on Wednesday morning at the time he said they would be here and started the install on a warm Phoenix morning. They finished up about 2pm, so about s total of 6 his installing. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house in tact lol and most of all, i had nice cold air blowing!! I will refer Teflon cooling and heating and LaRon to anyone who needs AC services!!! Thank you so much LaRon and your crew and Teflon air and cooling for your professionalism, courtesy, install and for getting my home warranty to pay for the whole ac replacement.

Mike was the technician on my double AC unit maintenance service and he was very nice and right on time. He explained what he was going to be doing and what he needed from us as the home owners. Derek was very friendly and professional. He replaced our hot water and heating element in house quick and fast, he came twice to explain the problem and the fix to it. He managed to fit us in right way so we could get hot water back to the house. The new unit looks great and runs wonderful.

We were in a hot jam. Unit went out. Mountain had come around to fix us in the past- after hours in summer 2018. They saved our hides again July 2021. Fixed us up temporarily and this time we bought a new unit (like they told us to consider last time). It's hard to overstate how appreciative we are of the team and them 'Being There'

On time, good service and fare prices

I was helping a friend with his home inspection. AC was recommended to be looked at. Zeke went out and gave me the honest truth about the AC unit. Seller, went to check with their trusted source and they stated B3 Refrigeration was correct. That gave our buyer the upper hand. I will be using them from now on

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

This company was extremely responsive and had excellent customer service. The technician they sent to me was very trusted and an expert in ac and heating repair. He was very accommodating to all my requests and questions throughout. He cleaned the work area after he was done and didn't try to upsell me throughout. Highly recommended!
