I called the office on a Friday afternoon and was able to get a Monday morning appointment, outside of their normal service area even. After George was done looking at my problem, he took the time to sit down and explain things to me so I could understand what he found and what he needed to do to get it repaired. Told me my 23 year unit did not need replacing, as a previous company told me, just a few adjustments. Why replace something when its still working, right? I went ahead and signed up for their maintenance program to help me feel at ease. Looking forward to working with George and Air Control in the future

This company is phenomenal. From the first call to the installation was 7 days which surprised me because this is a very busy season. The techs were very professional and they worked diligently to get the job done and I’ve received txts this morning how I liked the unit, if I had questions, they are eager to help in any way possible. Can’t say enough good things about Larson! Daniel and Victor were our lead technicians that replaced the unit on our house and both were very knowledgeable and communicative every step of the way. I never felt like I was being hustled into an upgrade that I didn’t need and they really listened to us and respected our modest budget. A+ service - highly recommend!
