Best Maintenance Work in Phoenix AZ

They were phenomenal and on top of everything!!! Clarissa was such a good help in the front office got us scheduled right away and taken care of with every need!!! The best!!! Our technician was amazing and efficient! Came in did his job and told us the truth! Would definitely recommend!!!

I called Parker and Sons around noon today because I had a difficult experience with the previous plumber that was assigned to me through my home warranty. I had been without hot water for a week already. I explained that I needed a new hot water heater to Parker and Sons and the other details. They put me on the on call list. Brett called and asked if it was convenient for him to come over in 40 minutes. It was. He arrived at about 2. He checked it out. Agreed I needed a new water heater. Went over the different options and pricing. He answered all my questions. I made the decision to go with them. He took out the old WH, went to get the new one, and was back within a half hour. It is not even 5pm and I have hot water again. I will gladly pay a bit more for outstanding customer service. I was prepared to not have hot water until Friday or Saturday if they needed that time. Parker and Sons knocked this one out of the park. I will be using Parker and Sons in the future for all my household repair needs. No more home warranty with awful customer service by them and their contractors. Way to go Parker and Sons!

Excellent! Owners Daniel & Fernando do all the work themselves, and they are great! Office mgr Samantha is wonderful, very quick response time. Fast, reasonable, friendly, professional, courteous service all around. A/C went out, needed entire new system to replace old freon system. All done quickly, reasonable price, took time to explain everything, and they will be out again for followup quality check. Very pleased. Have also scheduled them to service our other units. Highly recommend!

Louis at APEX was the best. He came in to evaluate our needs for a remodel and gave us certain options based upon our budget. He met all of our deadlines and exceeded all of our expectations. I can't recommend his company enough. Beyond all that, Louis is a wonderful person and you cannot go wrong in selecting his business as your go-to HVAC service provider.

I called Gorilla Air today and they were able to come the same day and fix my AC unit for a fair price. The came and fixed my AC in less than 4 hours from my call this morning.

I highly recommend ProSkill Services! They answered my call right away, were very friendly, and got an appointment scheduled within a few minutes. The technician arrived on time (within the first 15 minutes of my appointment window) and was incredibly friendly as well. He had my pipe repaired and the water turned back on way faster than I expected. The repair looks great and more importantly, works great. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing repair needs.
