We had an undesirable experience with Parker & Sons in the past, but thought we'd give them another chance installing a water softener to our home. Brett and Andy showed up precisely on time. They were very professional and courteous. Their work trucks were spotless inside / out. They prepped the work area, installed the unit, cleaned the work area and provided new user and general maintenance training to my wife and I. Both are stand-up guys, obviously very proud of what they do. My wife and I are glad Brett and Andy made sure everything turned out the way it did.

I want to give a shoutout to Danny V. for being so thorough in his troubleshooting of my AC blowing a transformer. The prior AC tech indicated the issue was with my Nest thermostat and Danny took the time to troubleshoot and identified the issue was related to the relays. I have used Five Star A/C twice. One was a replacement and the second was a new install. Tim and Dan sent Tony and Ashley to do the install. I can not say enough about their abilities. They installed while we were open and worked around us. They worked clean and kept on task until the job was complete. I would recommend Five Star and the team of Tony and Ashley to anyone. I can't express how happy I am with their service. My a/c went out in the middle of the night. All the big a/c companies were booked out for 3 weeks. Seriously, no joke even for emergency calls. My husband's co-worker knew these guys personally. I called them and within 2 hours they were at my house. They had the part that needed replacing on their truck. My a/c was back up and running within 30 min of their arrivial. The 2 guys were very nice and professional. This is now my new a/c company!!! Thanks again!!!

I had a very good customer experience with Adam's. I got a good price on a new AC / heating system and profession and friendly service from the installers. And very fast service, which has been a challenge in 2021. I've had to replace older units in other homes through the years so I can compare them and Adam's were very good. I would use them again, but hope I don't need too.

An absolutely amazing family owned company I would recommend to anyone. They’ve done some great work at my salon. We had some things installed incorrectly when we first opened that have always caused us problems. They explained the issues until we fully understood them. The team even gave us a few different solutions that would help moving forward. I definitely felt that they gave us real solutions, and didn’t just push for the most expensive job they could find.

I enjoyed working with them so much I recommended them when my parents needed some AC work done too! They ditched Parker & Sons and called in the Airzona crew. They worked quickly and efficiently for my family as well. Overall this company has great work ethic. It’s nice to see a family company going above and beyond in the valley for its customers.

This company is phenomenal. From the first call to the installation was 7 days which surprised me because this is a very busy season. The techs were very professional and they worked diligently to get the job done and I’ve received txts this morning how I liked the unit, if I had questions, they are eager to help in any way possible. I highly recommend this company for your needs.

I wish I could leave negative stars!!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and complete disregard for someone. My AC went out yesterday, I called and requested service. I was initially advised that I would be serviced between 1-3 pm, that turned into after 4. After 4 as you can guess turned into never. We called and called and called and kept receiving an answering service that subcontracts them. Kept getting the same information “We will send the information to dispatch”. It is now 8pm, your office is clearly closed. My house is a few degrees short of 100 degrees and your office is now closed without so much as a message informing us that someone couldn’t make it tonight. No NOTHING. This is extremely disappointing and the fact that the owner of this company was sent our information directly multiple times before closing and didn’t even bother to reach out makes it worse. My children have to sleep in 100 degree whether because you couldn’t do something so simple and communicate!!!!!

The guys came out and repaired a clogged drain line and topped off the system and got our air blowing cold again. They showed me pictures of my system and gave me options without the high pressure sales tactics. I would highly recommend this company for any A/C needs.

It got really cold in Arizona which I didn't think would ever happen. Turns out my furnace wasnt working which made the family pretty unhappy. I found Accutemp online and they sent someone out immediately and fixed the furnace and now my home is warm and toasty. I appreciated that the technician didn't try to upsell me on anything but when I do need a new system I will be calling Accutemp.

When shopping for quotes the company was very helpful, spoke to Sierra and she set a tone for what to expect, great service! Larson is on point with their service. I dealt with a few companies already in my first year in my home. Looks like i will be using Larson from now on.
