Above par did an awesome job on repairing my air condition. They were patient and professional. Took their time to make sure everything was done right. I was working with Clay the owner and that was a surprise to actually have the owner doing the work.

Outstanding service! you cannot go wrong with Comfort Experts! Yesterday it hit 116 degrees in Phoenix and our air conditioner stopped working suddenly. Early on Saturday morning my wife called Comfort Experts to diagnose the issues. Ryan, the owner, responded literally within two minutes and mentioned that he could be at our house shortly thereafter, which occurred as he said. Ryan and an employee took only about 5 minutes in our house to identify that wiring cables in our attic had caught fire, which could have been extremely dangerous. Ryan had all equipment on hand to replace the cables and a battery contained with the main unit.

All-in-all, truly remarkable work and a definite 5 star rating. It was a Saturday, Ryan responded immediately, and, fixed a potentially dangerous issue within minutes. Normally you might have to wait hours just for a technician to show up. Luckily, we have befriended Comfort Experts and will use them forever.

3rd time I've used Dial One Mears and I will not use another HVAC company. Troy is very friendly and scheduled me same day. RJ diagnosed the problem and completed the repair while I was at work. The repair and cost was explained to me and I was pleased with the service.

I do not have the words to express my self with this company and there tech Freddy......I 1st called company for a second opinion on work that had to be done on my ac, Freddy came out and so helpful and professional thanks to him i was aware of the mess the other company had done, as he was leaving he told me to call him if the other company did not come out he would come out and fix it, that day i received a follow up call regarding the mess. Just when i thought everything was fixed by other company my roof fell down!!! I called Patrick Riley to speak to Freddy and have him come out since he was the only one at this point i trusted and sure enough he called me with in an hr and came out to my home same day. Not only did he do what he gets paid for (fix my ac unit) but also went out of his way and called in the restoration company to explain to them what happened in our home and get us schedule! Now that is what i call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Patrick Riley is an amazing company and tech was extremely helpful and understanding to our horrible situation!

Our AC unit quit working and a friend recommended Crispy air. The tech, Richard was friendly, knowledgeable and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. We recommend this company and the tech.

Scheduled PM on a split unit, performed on 04/19/2022. Total charge was 119.90 for service. Stated that everything was clean and in good working condition. Advice capacitor may need replacement n the future. Was very thorough on his notes on invoice Problem now is there was a leak so I called my Home Shield, tech stated coils in attic were filthy, causing the leak, now had to pay for coils and refrigerant of 2400.00.. Home Shield does not cover refrigerant. Spoke with Tiffany yesterday at Adams, extremely rude, hung up on me stated there will be no refund. This tech NEVER entered my house. ONLY serviced and inspected outdoor units. Falsified his documentation, and Adams had the nerve to call me a liar stating he did go into my home. FYI, the owner did call and speak with my bother, promised he would speak with the tech and get back with us. NEVER did. So disappointed and extremely irritated for being ignored and called a liar by Adams Refrigeration.

We had a unit that died on a Saturday morning and got a new unit installed in just 3 days. They even provided a portable unit for those days. Thank you!

Derek was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly. He was quick to respond, figured out the problem and got it fixed. Best HVAC person I've used so far. I wish I had him for my projects previously.

Zeke is very knowledgeable and presents the facts based on his professional training through TRANE; not an opinion or partial untruth. He became our 2nd consultation and maintenance service techician because the first tech from Merlin's AC & Plumbing presented such obscure and ridiculous results of his findings.
So, any individual who reads this review, my advice is do not always believe a certified AC company or technician no matter how nice and friendly they present themselves and that their advice or professional opinions are really truth and facts.

Installation was truly seamless. The technicians arrived on time and got right to work, and they were able to complete the Heating system installation in a very timely manner. I was impressed with how efficiently they worked together, and I felt confident that they knew exactly what they were doing. They were also very respectful of my home, and they left everything clean and tidy when they were done.

We did a full remove and replace of 2 heat pump systems. Outstanding professionalism from ProSkill from the very start. Install was delayed due to supply issues beyond their control, but they kept us fully updated. Install team was excellent. Fast, clean, and friendly! They found an issue when they unpacked an air handler, but they jumped through hoops to get it resolved so our install could be completed in one day. Definitely recommend!FOLLOW UP: Had the Post Installation inspection today, David was super professional and friendly, did the full check quickly and updated us on everything.2nd FOLLOW UP: A/C Service Performed, included in purchase. Excellent service continues.

I highly recommend Scott's for your plumbing needs. Scott came out and diagnosed my issues, and then my man Jose came out, a day earlier than scheduled due to an open time slot, and capably executed the repairs, including putting on new seats for each of my three bowls. Much appreciated, Guys!
