I needed one of the AC units replaced in my home and got an estimate from another company that I had used before. I thought it sounded high, so I had Preferred Air give me an estimate. They came in $2000 less than the other company, and they were very pleasant to deal with before, during and after the job was completed. They are a family owned business and they treat you like family. They were very considerate of the inside of my home, using tarps to cover floors and carpets, and cleaning up well afterward. The new system is working great (we still had a couple 95 degree days right after they installed) and they even came out a week after as a courtesy to do a follow up check. I would use them again without hesitation.

I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company. I scheduled an appointment for AC issues. My appointment was initially set for Wed between 1 and 5PM. No one ever showed and I did not receive any calls from the company. After calling them myself to check the status, I was told that due to delays, they would be out the following day between 1 and 5PM. At 8:30PM, a technician had still not been to my residence and I had received no updates from the company. I was finally able to get a technician on the phone who indicated he would personally be at my residence between 9:30 and 10Am the following morning. Well, they never showed and again no updates from the company. Even though it is during business hours, no one will answer their phone and the message says they are closed. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.

Comfort Experts Ryan Constrom one of the owners submitted a fair quote using upscale equipment Carrier. They installed everything in 5 hours. The 3 technicians that did the work were professional and courteous. When finished they left the house as clean as before the installation. The followup is wonderful. If you have questions just text Ryan and he answers within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Comfort Experts. Remember you get what you pay for.

Excellent service and good prices. After receiving a visit from another company to test our house water, we decided to get a water softener and reverse osmosis filter. Searching for local companies we came across American Home Water and Air. They were very fast and professional for the quote, then performed the installation much sooner than promised. They did an excellent job from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with our water now.

A new Lennox AC / heat pump was installed this year. The fan blower is designed to run (with Fan ON) on a low speed until the cooling or heating cycle comes on, and then it shifts into high speed. I wanted the fan to run at the same sounding speed all the time, since when the cooling mode cycles off at night the change in fan sound from high to low wakes me up. The only AC service provider in the valley who knew how to fix this problem was Dial One Mears. The Manager called Lennox, got all the details and fixed the problem without violating the warranty. Now I only get woken up if the power goes out in a storm via APS.

I had Freddy as my Service Pro and I must say he did an excellent job in checking out my two units. He was knowledgeable, professional and I was very pleased with the service he performed on my two units. A job well done.
