Best Furnace And Heating Repair in Phoenix AZ

I've used Parker & Sons on a number of occasions in the past four years. They're my go-to for work I can't do myself, always responsive and professional. Today's project, replacing a dying water heater, was no different. Estimator Joe showed up right on time this morning, listened to my concerns, laid out several options without pushing me toward any in particular, and got me scheduled for service this afternoon. Techs Russ and Santino pulled the old heater, installed my awesome new Rheem 50-gallon hybrid along with an expansion tank and pressure regulator, and left the garage in better condition than when they arrived. The entire process could not have been better.

I met Jason last Friday when my air conditional was having problems and he did everything possible to get it repaired. He even left my house to get another tool that would possibly unlock my compressor but it did not work. We started talking about a new compressor but I had company in town and the compressor would take too long to arrive. We then looked at several new units. He explained every unit on the list that he had. I told him that my first unit was purchased several years ago when the owner Dave was getting his business in Chandler and that I had purchased a new unit for my son just last summer. I told him how I was impressed with Dave. He got on the phone and talked to someone and the next thing I knew he and I had agreed on a new unit. I was so pleased with his desire to help me. He made every attempt to get it installed the next day so it was not possible so we decided on Monday, April 29, 2019. It has been installed and I am so happy for his help. He truly represents George Brazil in such a dedicated way. He is also fun to talk to and has that wonderful personality that makes it easy to do business with the company. Again, like many people I have met who work for George Brazil, he and others truly represent the company I am sure Dave would want them to.So, please let Jason know how happy my wife and I are about the new unit and the manner in which he represent Dave and George Brazil.And by the way, my name is Eddie J. WOW! There is no need to check with anyone else for service and prices. This company IS the best out there! I am amazed at their outstanding customer service. They DO care about you. They are super reasonable with their prices too! They are putting in a new unit for me next week and yesterday my old air stopped blowing cold air, they came out right away and got it working again so we can stay cool thru these hot days before the new one is installed. Love them!

Once again Adam and the whole crew at Dial One Mears did a great job for me. First I didn't know what I needed. They calmly explained my situation, old system not functioning well, and gave me options. No pressure. They arranged for my ducts to be sealed, including a 4 inch x 2 ft gap in the attic. They also installed a small split AC unit in our garage that is quiet and relatively cheap. Everything was done quickly even though it was the middle of summer. They are so nice to me it feels like family in my house. Thank you Adam and gang.

I am a snow bird, so trust over the phone is important. We had, what we thought was a main water line break on a Saturday, with guests in our house. Michael, come out on Sat, in an hour of my call, turned the water off and planned to come back Tuesday to dig, after calling for utilities to be marked. When he arrived on site, he found after doing little to no digging that it was a gasket cracked on the water meter, which he could have charged me to replaced, how would I know, Im in WI. However instead he called the city utility who will repair for free and reqursted Emergancy service since we had no water! Michael was great to work with and saved me a ton of money. We haved owed in AZ for 5 years now, and only use Patrick Riley for plumbing and HVAC! Totally trust them!!

They were amazing they went above and beyond to help out my family when so many people said no . They are so very nice and stick to there word . I will recommend them to any one. Marcus was amazing! We had a CO alarm go off at 5am. After a leak was detected in the area of our furnace/hot water heater closet we called Adams. They had a tech, Marcus, out within 2 hours. He found the leak in the crawl space (exhaust pipe had become detached!) After some creativity refitting the pipe from the roof, he was able to shimmy all the way through our narrow eves by the roofline and reattach and clamp. We are so grateful for the fast response, perseverance with a difficult to reach location and positive and friendly professionalism. He even educated us on better detectors than we had. We are sleeping safe again and so appreciative of Marcus and the Adams Refrigeration Family!!

How lucky we are to have Gerald and his company in the valley. His team was professional, clean, communicative and has manners. They respect your property. And what a beautiful piece of Trane equipment! Gerald goes above and beyond and is very reasonably priced! Thank you Gerald!!

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Derek and Circulate HVAC. After initial contact and a description of the problem, he was able to come to my house within 1 hour on a Friday afternoon. He troubleshooted the issue and described to me exactly what was needed to be done. Derek was prompt, courteous and thorough. The issue was corrected 100% to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Circulate HVAC to family and friends and will most certainly use them in the future should the need arise.

B3 was sent out as the first contractor on an AC home warranty claim. They thoroughly assessed the issue and notified us that we most likely had a Freon leak, but would need to come back the next day to do some tests. Tim came out the second day and gave it to me straight. We had a leak in the coil and the costs of repair would be substantial considering the age and type of unit we had. The home warranty tried to delay everything and made our experience a nightmare, but Tim was in constant contact with me the entire time. After deciding to take a payout from the home warranty to buy a new unit, B3 was the easy choice. We were able to get a great deal on a new 16 seer 3.5 ton Train unit and the install took just over 4 hours. So far everything has worked perfectly and the home cools exponentially faster compared to the old unit. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. Tim is the guy you want to speak to and will make you confident in your buying choice.

AccuTemp saved our butts yesterday! We woke up to our house suddenly getting warmer and warmer. The short version is that the original installation company was unable to keep their appointment and through a referral from a family member we called Accutemp. It can be expensive and sometimes impossible to get hvac repairs done on a Sunday, but this wasn't unreasonable at all. Thank goodness it was an easy fix!!! I'm extremely satisfied with the service and the tech was very nice too!
