I have used Taps for more than five years, first with his previous company and now as the owner of his own company. His service is first-rate and his pricing is transparent and surprisingly affordable, especially based on the excellent customer service he provides.

Taps has shown up for me on short notice during the hottest months of the year, when our system went down. He comes prepared with what he needs to fix the problem and always tries hard to keep the costs down as much as possible.

He is friendly, professional and so easy to work with. I have an older home and older HVAC system, but he has the knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and handle my problems straight away. I can't say enough about how amazing this company is to work with.

Previously posted great service on our newly installed Carrier a/c system. That posting stated that one of the two (2) identical units was possessed. They came back today and brought a representative of 'Carrier' to further analyze the problems. His recommendation was to add a heater for the coolant, add a reverse P-trap to stop the coolant in its liquid state so it doesn't return to the compressor, and add a 'hard start' capacitor to assist with start-up. It was also stated that if all of this didn't work 'Howard Air' would completely replace the outside unit. Now my two identical a/c units will be... different. Let's hope this one works. Bruce and Jersey Mike (Howard Air) were great. Jeff, the 'Carrier' type representative was thoroughly knowledgeable and provided the solution(s). Let's hope this fix works.

Parker and Sons responded immediately as we were experiencing a leak from our whole house water softener. We had to upgrade our plumbing to knock down the water pressure and unfortunately install an entirely new unit. To their credit, the job was completed in just a few hours. This company is the largest in the valley for a reason- they do exceptional work. Purchased new Trane AC Unit. Great non pushy sales guy. Simple: Best Products, Best Price, Best Warranty. No games with charging more for 6 months same as cash credit line. Install crew was on time and took their time. VERY neat. Very clean. Did not leave until I understood everything. I actually wanted to give the business to friends of mine in local networking group but none of them offered what George Brazil did. Finally, they also had the best social media reviews. Joe R came back out in 2018 to replace thermostat... router was giving us a hard time but he got it done! Good job.

George saved us from purchasing a whole new system that we did not need. Another company came out two days before and said we had a leak and added too much Freon ($250 worth). Then said we needed a $3500 part replaced or we could upgrade to a whole new system for more than twice that. George discovered we had NO leak and we do not need to purchase a whole new system! Air Control will be our AC company from now on. George saved us so much money. Thank goodness we decided to get a second opinion. Thank you so much George!!!!

First heating and air contractor I have used in Az. Ryan came out same day I called about getting a quote. He was very friendly and straightforward. He gave me the best quote of all four quotes I got. And he was no pressure and no upsell tactics. Ryan and his guys showed up at my house right on time , if not early and got whole job done quickly and efficiently. Thay did exactly everything he said he would and put everything back together well and cleaned up nicely. He even had a guy that came about an hour and hauled away the old unit and components ,etc. Ryan’s installers were friendly and very professional. Ryan came back at the end and checked everything out also. I will use Comfort Experts from now on only. I only wish they did plumbing too so I could call them for that. These are

Fantastic, exceptional and professional service! I called around an hour ago and was greeted by a very kind and courteous customer service representative who told me a service technician would be calling within 15 min to setup a visit and the charge would be $69 whether there is anything wrong or not. The service technician Shane called me within 5 min and followed up with courteous informational calls to ensure that I knew I could utilize my home warranty to reimburse me.

Shane the service tech showed up within the hour to promptly check the usual things, the thermostat, the air filter and then he went up on the roof. He proceeded to drain the unit and clean the coils, performing the regular maintenance to the air conditioning unit. After a thorough inspection and fine tuning, he said that my air compressor shut off due to overheating. He proceeded to recheck his work and thereupon go check my split unit in the garage which has the air filter to see if there were any points that would cause it to overheat.

He replied that he has seen this before, but if it happens again to call them and he would surmise that it would be the compressor that's the culprit. I asked him what regular maintenance intervals does he recommend and he said they usually come out and check the unit in the Spring, just before the Summer, and in the Fall, just before the Winter. But for my Split System, he'd only recommend once a year due to the unit on the roof not operating at all during the Winter. Oh and it only cost me $89 for all that he did!! :D

The whole experience was a delight considering the uncomfortable prospects and I will definitely use them for regular maintenance, highly recommended them to friends, family and coworkers!

Aguilar A/C & Heating were great. Family business father and son showed up quick first thing in the morning day after I contacted them. Fixed all the problems I had going on blower fan issue and water draining issue. Really honest down to earth company saved me lots of money before my problems got worse. I did contact them because they had the same last name as me. Turned out to be probably the best decision I made. I highly recommend This company. Your for sure to get the best service possible.

Saul was our HVAC technician. He showed up on time and took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He was very professional and gave me his honest and professional opinion on things that needed to be repaired/replaced and thing he advised that can wait another season before being replaced.
