Josh came to our home Dec 24, 2022 and replaced the valves under the kitchen sink. He did a first rate job. He talked with me, giving me ideas about two other plumbing challenges I was having, but did not make me feel pressured at all. Just full of good information, which I appreciated! He is very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will recommend him to others, and call on him again when we need plumbing help!

Comfort Experts is the best HVAC company in Phoenix and I highly recommend them. I needed my air conditioning unit replaced and Ryan Mikita came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. Installation went smoothly and the installation technicians were fantastic. They even took the time to balance the air flow in my house and resolved an issue from the past contractor. I called this company for a routine maintenance inspection on my AC. They were prompt and friendly. The price was very reasonable and they did not try to upsell me at all. Answered all of my questions. I will be calling them again later in the year to check on my heating system. Highly recommend!

Needed a new air conditioning unit. They gave me the best price quote, that had it in the next day.

Do not use this company! I would leave zero stars if I could. They were assigned to us by our home warranty company, American Home Shield. I immediately called (Wednesday 9-4-2019, 8:42am) after I submitted the claim and saw who were given as a contractor. On the phone I asked when they could come to diagnose why our A/C had abruptly stopped working. In the meantime, my father who has 40+ years experience working on industrial machines came over to check the issue and told us the problem was the blower motor. Anyhow, Crispy Air said they could come the next day between 8am and 8pm. Not having any A/C for over 24 hours during an Arizona summer was very disappointing, add to the matter I am having a high risk pregnancy, I have other kids and an elderly dog. They had no sympathy for the matter and would not change that they could not come till tomorrow. My husband and I were forced to purchase a portable unit for $600 at that point, as the risk of over heating could cause the loss of the pregnancy. We placed the unit in our bedroom where we all had to huddle. Finally around 3 or 4 the next the day (Thursday 9-5-2019) the technician (Richard) calls to let me know he was on his way. I answered the phone and he said he was 30 mins out and I said okay, we are home he said yeah, I said thank you he said yeah, just completely rude and irritated I guess he has to work. Once Richard arrived we told him the problem was the blower motor and he was so rude! He said I don't know who told you the blower motor is bad, but it’s the control board that's bad. This assessment took less than 5 minutes and used zero equipment to test or analyze the problem. He was completely negligent, and should have taken due diligence as people’s lives are at stake when the A/C goes out in a climate like this. We were skeptical, and questioned further, but he was adamant it was the board, not the motor. But the board had already been replaced 2 months ago, we did not believe him. He left saying that he will have to order the part and get it approved from American Home Shield. Friday (9-6-2019 at 9:22am) Crispy Air called to let us know they can return to install the board on Monday (9-9-2019) between 8am and 8pm which would be 6 days of no A/C in the Arizona heat all for a part we did not believe was bad. So at that point on Friday we had someone else come out to assess the situation and guess what was bad???? The blower motor!!! The blower motor was replaced no thanks to Crispy Air or American Home Shield, and guess what the “bad board” is operating the new blower motor just fine. Had we waited for Crispy Air on Monday would still be without A/C as a new board would not have fixed the REAL issue. And how many more days would we be waiting on parts to be ordered and American Home Shield to approve it? How many more days would our house be unbearable? Well, Crispy Air wouldn’t have cared either way! IF YOU ARE ASSIGNED CRISPY AIR, ASK FOR A RE-ASSIGNMENT!!

We called Adam's refrigeration to inspect the two HVAC units in the home we wanted to purchase. They did they inspection for $120 and told us the units worked without problem. Not even a month into owning the home, we called them out to perform a routine cleaning and maintenance of the units. We were told one unit had a clogged drain pipe that they flushed during this maintenance. About 2 weeks after that, that particular unit stopped cooling. Adam's returned to the house and found that the unit had frozen over and that water was overflowing the drainage pan. They claimed to have flushed this drainage pipe again during this visit. A week later, I called a different company out to come service this HVAC because we were still having problems. The drainage pan was overflowing still when the new company opened it up and there was extensive water damage. The second company had to remove a portion of the drainage pipe that had calcified over and created a complete blockage. There is no way that the technician from Adam's would have been able to flush this line, though they claimed to have done it twice. I called Rex, the owner of Adam's Refrigeration to tell him all of this and explained what had happened. I was upset that we had spent over $1000 with his company for services that I don't believe they ever actually performed. Our HVAC was always left in the same subpar condition and I was never notified that the pump was still leaking water all over. Rex listened to me and told me he would look into and get back to me the next day. Of course, no phone call the next day or any day after that. I have called him back three times after, but he refuses to take my call or return my messages. This company is unprofessional and scammed us out of $1000.

AirZona HVAC recently replaced our residential HVAC unit. Our experience with AirZona was first rate from the time we called for a bid through installation. The owner, Gerald, kept us well informed throughout the quoting process and during installation. Since this residence is our vacation home, we were absent during most of the project.
