Penguin Plumbing exceeded my expectations and delivered their services as advertised. I had called two other companies and they both tried to triple the cost from what they were advertising. I'm glad I found Penguin Air & Plumbing instead because they did exactly what they said they would do for a reasonable price exactly as they advertised. From my call to completion it was no more than 2.5 hours! Chad was professional and got my drain unclogged quickly without any hassles. I would definitely use them again.

The guy Robert that did my work he was amazing.
He was fast, reliable, reasonable, cleaned up after himself he had a great personality friendly demeanor about him. I would recommend him to all my friends you need a trustworthy plumber give him a call.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY based on my experience, just my opinion.Hired them to find a gas leak and repair it, they turned off my gas so I reminded them to turn my gas on and please re-light my water heater they did neither. I called them the next day and explained they didn’t turn on my gas and they refused to help my husband spoke to them and they said they would contact us at730 am the next day they never called I tried calling them and no answer do not use them we filled a complaint with the BBB and wasn’t shocked to see they have a bad reputation there. After reading these reviews it seems like women have issues with them, not surprisingly by the way the treated me.

Technician Ryan Waters called in advance to say he was on the way. He was very courteous and professional. He replaced the wax seal and water supply valve on a toilet. He did a thorough cleanup after the job.

Ronald came to our home today to diagnose the A/C unit. He arrived well within my appt window, was extremely professional, and provided us with an honest diagnosis based on the value and integrity I expected from a name like goettl. He not only worked diligently to get our issue handled, he did so with a caring attitude and showed tremendous pride in a job done right. Thank you Goettl for sending Ronald to our rescue today! We look forward to a continuing working relationship to handle all of our hvac needs!

Cameron was polite, offered me options for faucet replacement, and addressed my concerns about the water pressure being too high coming into our home. He suggested we attach a pressure adjuster/monitor to our main water valve… showed me pressure readings before and after.I also appreciated how he provided costs with and without the pressure monitor and said it could be done today or at a later date. This was an unexpected cost, but agreed it needed to be done… Cameron repaired the original faucet and the monitor expertly with minimal effort!Well done

Lincoln Air was there when we needed them due to a critical issue on a weekend. Our service repairman was responsive, professional, and diligent in expending the extra time and effort needed to identify the source of our problem and remediate it. Micheal was our service technician...he was doing our annual plumbing inspection...a great service by Patrick Riley. He gets 5+ Stars from us! We received a very high water bill and he inspected everything very carefully.He was so honest! We had a replacement kitchen faucet available, but he solved the problem with a set screw and I saved $200 by returning the new faucet.Upon learning about our skin reaction to water in AZ vs our recent stay in Iowa, he made recommendations on a new water softening system that might help our situation! No pressured sales, just good information that we are going to pursue installation in the next month.Great employee of a great company!

I think ProSkill is a good company and they have good people. My problem is that one technician may start a job and for whatever reason can't finish and a different technician shows up to finish the job. They could do a better handoff in these cases. The front office doesn't have a clue unfortunately.

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.
