Great experience!!!! Service Tech was on time with answers. Bad time of year for heater to go out. But parts are needed. Sunrise is on the job, checking on our warranty with the manufacturer. For calling during the holidays the were here that day.

The crew from Five Star Air Conditioning was professional and efficient. My AC stopped working and I called them in the noon and they sent crew to check it out two hours after my call. It got really cold in Arizona which I didn't think would ever happen. Turns out my furnace wasnt working which made the family pretty unhappy. I found Accutemp online and they sent someone out immediately and fixed the furnace and now my home is warm and toasty. I appreciated that the technician didn't try to upsell me on anything but when I do need a new system I will be calling Accutemp.

Technician was polite and cooperative. Put on booties over his shoes. Two hour repair accomplished in time and cost was as advised. Have used Scottsdale Air for years and will continue to do so when needed.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
