I am really impressed with Chas Roberts and their technician Alejandro. Our AC stopped working and I called Chas Roberts at around 5:30 pm and they scheduled it right away. Alejandro was here at 6:30 pm. He worked until 10 pm and made the AC up and running. Very professional and soft spoken. Really appreciate his efforts.
