Best HVAC Contractor in Phoenix AZ

I had 4 other companies come out and give me a quote to install a new A/C unit. I chose Desert Diamond for a couple different reasons. But the main reason I chose them was Cody. Cody came out to give us the quote, I did not tell him or any of the others what type of business I am in. I wanted to see if any of them would BS me. 4 of them not only lied to me, but tried to upsell me things I would either never use or was not really necessary for my situation. Cody did not. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that !! 2nd. The install crew came out and were right on time, and went straight to work. They were extremely professional, did a stand up job !! and cleaned up before they left. Thank you !!!

I called one day, they came out and took care of everything. The guys were extremely nice and helpful. Adam R was on top of everything and he took care of my parents. I will be using them from now on. Love them ?

Also cleaned out dryer vent. Tyler was super. He explained everything that he was doing. He was meticulous and would recommend him to anyone.

Called in for an issue we were having with our heater and they came out the same day to fix it.

Where do I even begin? Purchased 2 new systems, new ducts and added insulation back in April for a late May install. It’s not July and we are still not fully up and running. To say we are disappointed in the service we received post purchase is an understatement.

The technician stated that in the repairs that I needed two capacitors replaced. One capacitor was replaced 4 years ago. Not sure why it would need to be replaced again. They had lasted 20 years before needing replacement.

Daniel and the Preferred team did amazing detailed work replacing our AC unit with a two stage unit that is so much better than what we had. He also diagnosed leaking air ducts that immediately fixed rooms that were not getting airflow and recovered our whole attic with deep new insulation. It is like we have a different house now with the amount of work they did for a fantastic value. Highly recommend these guys.

Had AirZona HVAC come give me a Quote on a New unit and was very Happy with the price i was given compared to others companies i got Quotes from. So made a appointment on May 28, 2019 to get my NEW unit installed and was Very Happy with the 3 gentleman that came and did a Great Job with everything! AccuTemp replaced both of our AC units and did and incredible job! I would highly recommend, their staff goes above and beyond. The employee's took calls after hours and assisted with any questions.
