Best Structural Repair in Phoenix AZ

I called Water Damage Repair Cleanup Phoenix after a kitchen pipe busted and flooded 80% of my home. They were at my house in less than an hour with a three-man cleanup crew. They walked me through the whole process and completed the cleanup and demo extremely fast. I couldn't have asked for a better service under some trying circumstances.

When Adam and Will came out it was very stressful, my lower level flooded when we were away for 2 days! They were prompt and professional, explained everything and answered all my questions. It was a long process, but it was bearable. I can't say enough about how well they worked together and how comfortable I felt with them coming into my home. Arizona Fire & Water Restoration came out after a late night break-in at my home and got my window boarded up and shattered glass cleaned up as well as possible inside the room and outside on the patio. One phone call from Katherine Ely, the operations manager set things in motion after she listened to our water heater (leak) issue. We were then paired up with Erika Brake as our in-office contact person and within no-time a team was out to access the situation in person & they went immediately to work, setting up fans, pulling back carpet, drilling holes in walls to allow the fans to dry out the inside sheetrock/drywall etc., they measured & cut out sheetrock from our garage wall to allow the wood to dry, they were like busy beavers, non-stop working to assure the rooms and garage would dry out.

Having Erika as our point of contact was one of the best things Service Master could have done, she's a star !! In any type of incident with your home, stress is there and then the unknown but Erika was amazing in her communication with us, made sure to constantly check how things were going (by phone calls) and advising us on the next step of action.. Anything we needed, she put them in contact with us and what great referrals she had, from plumber, towel service to contractor for rebuild. All referrals worked perfectly for us, great to know there are companies still out there that provide fast urgent work for emergencies and provide top notch service.

We were very lucky to have been referred to Service Master by our Insurance Company and were able to work with Erika Brake as our contact person, she's amazing and in the right position to help people in their need. Thanks Erika !!!!!!!!!!!

The PM David was responsive and made sure that the delivery of work is perfect. I appreciate the temporary enablement that was made for the toilet so that we can continue to use it which was very helpful.
9 out of 10 because of the delay in work between drywall work completion to the remainder of the tile and carpet work, which took nearly 2 months to progress. I understand the underlying issues on both sides. For your own sake, DO NOT use this company!!! Our insurance contracted with them for water/mold restoration in August of 2021. I still, over a year later, do not have a fully restored kitchen as they left one day and never returned. Ten months go by and we hear nothing from them. Suddenly we get a call and invoice from them, claiming that I signed a form that the work was completed to my satisfaction in 11/2021. How can that be when I still had workers at my house in Feb of 2022 and I still have work to this day that was not completed? Frustrating when all you want is to have your house put back to right after a burst pipe and you get nothing but headache upon headache.
EDIT: So after our initial review Belfor did reach out. We gave them a chance to correct the mistake and they did come back and complete the job to our satisfaction. I have to say that it makes a big difference who you deal with. The worker RJ that came out this time did a great job, was friendly, and professional. For the duration of the new work that was done, this time around, Belfor kept us updated and let us know what was going on every step of the way. If only we had this experience the first time around.

DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

I recently purchased a condo downtown and was shocked when my painters found mold behind some loose molding in the master bathroom. My husband and I were putting so much money into our new home and mold mitigation was never a part of the budget. We called several companies and got a lot of opinions. Fortunately, Bill Kelty the owner of GoTo Services answered our call and made time to evaluate the situation. The first thing Bill did was put us at ease. I was truly heartbroken when we discovered mold in our perfect new home. Bill went right to work to test the area and concluded that the mold was in fact contained to the wall behind the shower. Him and his technician removed the insulation, rotted sheetrock and sanitized the area and water tested to make sure there would be no repeat issues. The poorly grouted tile which was the cause of the problem was re-grouted and the wall re-enforced and patched - all done very quickly, professionally and without inconveniencing me or my husband. The price was reasonable and very well worth it considering it was handled with one phone call. I recommend GoTo Services to anyone who has water damage and needs it resolved quickly and without hassle.
