We recently moved in to our house, and one of the first items on our list was to replace two picture windows with windows that open. When the glass company was replacing the second of the windows, they found mold and rot in the wall. A local religious organization I’m in maintains a list of recommended contractors. AM/PM was on the list, and when I googled them, I was astounded to see that a contractor got such good reviews. I booked them immediately - and I’m here to add one more. They’ve been communicative, responding immediately over email, and have done excellent, precise work. When they fell behind on the timeline because one of their workers didn’t come in one day, they offered to work over the weekend to make it up. Our project lead even offered to drive over and show me tile samples because I wasn’t understanding the type that was needed for the shower floor. Who does that? They also worked seamlessly with our homeowners insurance company. I’m still in awe that this has been such a smooth experience. I recommend them without reservation.

I called a few companies and Next Gen was the only one that returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the roof leak. It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. A huge mirror in our guest bathroom fell off the wall and damaged the toilet, bathtub, and stone tile. Belfor was there initially to clean up all the shards of glass covering the entire space and spilling into the landing. Once this safety issue was quickly addressed they moved forward with the repairs with integrity, professionalism and quality. Francisco, the contractor who managed our small project. treated us as though we were his biggest client- always responsive, patient and professional. We have worked with many renovation companies and contractors over the years. Belfor and Francisco are the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we highly recommend them.
