I had my entire living room carpet filled with water after my washer decided to quit on me did my research found them on google and called, they did the rest. Cesar and his team dried my carpet made sure no possible water damage escalated to the walls with some really cool gadgets, fixed damaged baseboards and painted them. They show up on time very professional well organized !!! (especially Cesar Ontiveros) Water fighters is an excellent company that strives such good service this was the only company that truly listened to me and understood my stress and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations with NO SURPRISES.

Ceaser, Bob, Victor, Bradley and theirs crews were very fast, efficient and polite. Always on time and responsive to any questions or quearies I had. They as well did a good job on explaining what they needed to do and in keeping us informed throughout the process. Would highly recommend them by name to others.

Rafael and Nick, along with his team his team, Bailey & Rulon, did an exceptional job of mitigating water damage due to a broken water heater. Rafael arrived at our home promptly, filed a claim with our insurance company, set up dehumidifier and air purifiers immediately and explained the entire process to us clearly. As he promised, Nick, our project manager, and his team came to our home the next day to begin the drying out process. They were prompt, efficient and explained everything perfectly. We felt like we were in excellent hands. We appreciate the courteous, expert handling of this entire unfortunate event and know that if there are any questions that may come up, we can contact Nick for help. My insurance company recommended Jenkins Restoration for my roof replacement. Everett Sandoval worked with me to coordinate this project. He was very responsive and professional. Everett went above and beyond to provide quality service and expedited the replacement of my roof to beat the monsoon. The team that replaced my roof worked fast and did an excellent job installing the new roof. I'm very pleased with the work and I'd recommend using Jenkins Restoration for roof replacement.

We paid 50% for ceiling repair in June it is now October and we can’t even get them to call us back. They were supposed to do repairs 4 1/2 months ago. They still have our money. Terrible business practices!!
