Water Fighters came right away to help with my Water Restoration and Water Damage Reconstruction project and I couldn't be happier how it turned out.

They came, walked my wife and I through the process of how it would work with our insurance, and were responsive throughout the whole thing. They made the room and bathroom that were flooded look exactly the same as it was before, like nothing ever happened.

I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! Venturi provided excellent service. Our roof had some wind damage from a recent monsoon storm. Tanner promptly came to our home, inspected the roof, determined the damage was minor, and repaired it without charging us. This also made it unnecessary for us to file a claim for the damage with our home insurer. While Tanner was here, he also repaired some minor water damage above the bathroom shower. Tanner was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I highly recommend Venturi!

When our home had an unfortunate accident involving a flooding of sewage water Restoration 1 of Phoenix are the ones we called, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Every single person that we dealt with ensured that we understood what was going on and took the extra time to ensure that everything was done in a way that was best for us without regard to opportunities where they could have made some extra money. Brandy in the office checked in on us throughout the process and was an amazing help. The foreman John really took the time to make sure the job was done right and put the effort in to make sure we were happy with the work and he did an amazing job working around our schedule. Rick, one of the workers we saw the most, really did a consistently amazing job. Everything was done quickly, on our schedule, cleanly, and with our best interest in mind. It was unfortunate that we had a reason to call Restoration 1 of Phoenix, but I could not imagine that any other company could do a better job. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! To cover everything that went wrong in the 5 month it took Belfor to replace my living room/kitchen floors (even though the actually replacement done by a subcontractor took 1 day!!) would take too long, but here are the highlights of the experience I had:
- Belfor misquoted the flooring price to the insurance, as they used prices from 2021, so we had to go back and submit another estimate.
- They constantly did not follow up and left me in the dark on what was going on
- Blamed delays on the insurance, when I had emails from the insurance stating exactly when they had tried to contact Belfor and nothing was followed up on again by Belfor
- Blatantly lied to me about who did what when I had records of everything
- Belfor staff said they will call me and never did even after multiple attempts to speak with my case manager
-Belfor staff came to the house to pick up a floor tile that was damaged to find comparable new flooring, but never took the sample, so they had to come back. They also came several times to measure.
- Belfor staff came to my home to look at new flooring samples, but failed to bring the samples.
-Belfor staff send me paperwork that they are putting a lien on my house, before they had ever started any work
- I was not given a final invoice, yet was pushed to sign off on the work and sign that I will pay the final bill even though I had none.
-The absolute highlight however was that when I finally got my bill they added my deductible as a billed item. WHAT?? They billed me directly and did not deal with my insurance on the payment at all, so why would they add $2000 to my bill as a charged item? I am just glad I caught it, as I can only imagine all the other customers they try to do that to, who are not as diligent and just pay they bill.

They were fast to respond and got it done quickly too.

Go To Services were FANTASTIC to work with! They were extremely professional, responsive, and most importantly DID THE JOB RIGHT. We hired them to fix a tenant improvement that our landlord's contractor performed that was not to code. Go To Services fixed the issues and did amazing work. Pedro was especially conscientious and a highly skilled worker. I would recommend Go To Services for any building maintenance repairs or tenant improvement needs you may have. They get the job done right, on time and for a very reasonable fee!

I called ASAP at about 9 PM expecting to leave a message or talk to an answering service. The owner Josh picked up the phone and was at my house within an hour of my call. He assessed the situation and after I agreed to what needed to be done he jumped into action. He left a few fans and a dehumidifier for a few days to dry things up and he called each day to be sure things were going well. A few days later he collected the gear and gave my former flood area a clean bill of health!
Josh was very conscientious about everything he did. When he removed the bottom part of the drywall he measured as to leave straight cuts, simplifying the future repair. He also cleaned up every single piece of debris and vacuumed the area when he was finished. Nobody wants a flood but when it happens you want ASAP to clean up afterwards!

Hands down one of the most professional places I have worked with. They were able to get the job done in a timely manner and the workers were very nice. I am very satisfied with their work. Would definitely recomend!
