Tristan was very nice and helpful. He was on time and efficient and also willing to help with calls to the plumbing company for me.

The pipe connected to the sink in our laundry room had hole and we had a minor water flooding problem. I e-mailed this company hoping someone would at least reply my e-mail. Things went extremely well from that point: not only my e-mail was replied almost immediately but a phone call followed right after that, the owner was at our house in about one hour or so to look at the damage.
I had a great first impression and that continued. He quickly set machines to dry the wall, communicated with a contractor to estimate the damage. They negotiated with my insurance company and somehow managed to take care of the bill for us.
It is a wrong story so I omit the detail but a similar thing happened again after a month. I e-mailed Tom Hodge, the owner, and again he took care of all for us. He went extra miles to contact plumber, handyman etc. to quickly resolve the whole problem for us.
It is our strong impression that this is a good company owned by honest hardworking person. If whoever reading this review happen to have water damage, I can easily say that this is the company to call.

Robert and his team are the best in The Valley when we talk about water damage! I had a toilet flood that took my peace away. But with Robert and his team helped I overcame this challenge! They are very organized and quick response. They made the dry process smoothly for me. I am glad to find the Phoenix Water Damage Service to help me. Everette did a great job at drying everything out. Got roof and patio covered well too. Only problem was when he cut ceiling open and all the insulation fell out he could of sealed the area off before hand due to insulation getting everywhere. I had to wash down all counters and surfaces in the kitchen and living room when he was done. Plus rewash all my dishes that was in the strainer drying. Just don't realize how it travels through the air. He was very polite and when i needed him to come back he made arrangements quickly.

Angel was the person Venturi sent out to help with my leak issue and he was amazing and awesome! He had a gentleman with him and he also was great! I recommend companies based on their employees and I would recommend Angel and his co-worker to everyone!

I contacted Greg the week before thanksgiving inquiring about a truckmount and install. Right when the holiday was over Greg contacted me and made an appointment that week to get my unit installed. Him and his crew are beasts!!! I took my van there at 9am and they didn’t quit until the job was done. I couldn’t be happier with the job, he’s made himself available to me for any questions I regarding the truckmount. I’d recommend him to anyone, a true professional.

Remodeled a home built in the 70s that consisted of asbestos. I called Concept from a recommendation - they came out next day, inspected, and provided a quote to remove all drywall and insulation. They showed up on time, were very clean, communicated well and wrapped up the work on time per the schedule. Great service - great people and great value.

PuroClean did a great job cleaning up our property from a plumbing leak. It took a while to pinpoint the source of the leak but the whole time the place was kept clean and dry.
