Best Repair Carpet in Phoenix AZ

First of all I would like to thank Pablo and his crew for a great job they were very professional and asked me what I wanted before the install. I'm not a floor installer but wanted the flooring put in a certain way and luckily for me Pablo said it would be no problem. He and his crew did exceptional work. Adam was great with coordinating the install and I was even offered to start earlier then scheduled unfortunately I was not ready yet. Also Adam gave me great info on substitutes for quarter round thank you so much as the coving looks so much better. All I had to do was get stain matched to cabinet and stain the coving which was readily available at Lowe's and Home Depot. With that said I've had my floors for 2 weeks now I waited to write the review to see if it was just initial excitement for my new floor was why I was so happy, but honestly I feel like I moved into a new house. I want to thank everyone at Atomic Construction for doing a excellent job I would highly recommend them to anyone. Once again THANK YOU I'm very happy.
P.S. I painted my base boards before they installed them they did such a good job installing I only had to touch up 2 small areas which was a lot less then expected, once again thanks to Pablo and his crew for installing this like it was one of their own homes

The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

One of the better experiences I had when finding remodeling contractors. John was very involved and remarkable commitment to quality service. The rustic floor that I was aiming for, John knocked out of the park. The investment was worth it and makes my whole interior have that high-end feel/look.

Matt was recommended to us by our neighbor to do our flooring. We are extremely happy with our new hardwood flooring! The quality and communication was great throughout the project and we would recommend Phoenix Flooring to anyone.

Audrey from Home Solutionz contacted me about a master bath remodel that we had been looking to do for the last two years, I told her I wanted to make sure they were going to manage this project and all the work could be taken care of BEFORE WE STARTED and she indicated that she had all the subcontractors lined up. We delayed agreeing until she promised to get all the vendors together to go over the work before the project started to make sure there were no issues with the various work that was scheduled. That never happened, even after the project was delayed by a week ONE HOUR before they were supposed to start. She only showed up on the first day work started (the day the project was fully paid for) and never returned and only finally texted me after everything was supposed to be done, never called to see how the project was going while it was happening. I ended up managing everything. One of the subcontractors for the drywall and glass block work only showed up a week after the project started and then never actually submitted a quote, so I have to go out and find other contractors to finish the work so I can actually USE my bathroom, and it wasn’t available for guests this thanksgiving, that was fun.

The actual tile work that Martin and his father did is excellent. The plumbing work by Freddy of AC by Jay was also good, so the subcontractors were great. That was the only thing Audrey was correct about. I’d hire the subcontractors again and refer them to others, so that is the only thing Home Solutionz actually accomplished. We canceled part of the install, yet that part of the job was never refunded and we have been charged the full amount, although a couple of extra $10 trimpieces did need to be added on, so I guess that equals out, NOT, but they wouldn’t know about it because nobody from Home Solutions even bothered to talk to me after they had charged my Credit Card.

So IF you want to pay a middleman who never actually does anything other than put you in contact with subcontractors who aren’t big enough to have advertising budgets, go ahead and hire Home Solutionz. I did receive one text from the Briana, the project manager, only that it was being delayed by a week exactly ONE HOUR prior to starting and after I had received several scheduling emails and texts confirming that work was going to be started on that Monday morning. Otherwise, I was inundated only with emails from this company requesting referrals for a $100 kickback from the company. I won’t be using Home Solutionz again and I doubt I’d ever recommend them or whoever Paul Turpin is.

I would highly recommend this floor installation company to anyone who is looking for high-quality flooring installation services.

This installer company has been absolutely amazing. They are with you every step and explain what the problem is and also warranty everything of anything is off they will come right back free of charge. I will continue using them.

Royal Wood Flooring did an amazing job with the original floors in our 1908 Craftsman. We have both a hardwood downstairs and a softer pine upstairs. Vinny and his team knew exactly how to treat both types differently and they turned out amazing after refinish. We even brought Vinny and his team back a year later to do a repair job on the pine. He was able to special order it, fix the broken support structure underneath, and get as back in business in little over a day. You wont be disappointed with their work and their customer service is by far the best. Just a great group to work with. Save yourself the head ache and give them a call.

This is my third experience with AK Brands Flooring and am still impressed with the excellent quality of their products and installation as well as their fair pricing. This time they installed carpet in two bedrooms. In the past they’ve provided and installed patio tile and sold me wood flooring. Staff and management are knowledgeable about their products and always helpful. This time I didn’t feel any need to shop around. This is the best place I’ve found!

We hired European Design Flooring to refinish our degraded hardwood living room floor. Marin responded to our call within an hour and was at our door within 2 days. He was professional and gave us a very competitive quote. What I really liked about his manner was the relative ease with which he explains the process of refinishing a hardwood floor and what we could expect. Within a week, his team were working at our house and the result is absolutely astonishing. From an old horrible floor, European Design Flooring was able to give us a brand new floor without replacing a single piece. We were absolutely amazed and very happy. Definitely recommend!

This is the worst company I have ever come across they put no pride in there work they have no respect left me with a huge mess every single night after they left please go somewhere else and save your money cause you will be waisting it if you go with these clowns

If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

They have done many jobs over the years for me and my family! They are awesome to work with!!
