I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Lotus! Tanner from Lotus came out to check to see if there was mold behind my wall due to water damage. Tanner did a thorough inspection and after inspection told me that there was no mold so I asked what I owe him for the inspection and he said nothing. He wouldn’t even accept a tip. I don’t know any service provider to ever do an inspection for free so I was blown away to hear that I didn’t owe anything. It speaks to the honesty and integrity of the leadership and staff. I would highly highly recommend Lotus to anyone and everyone. I will call no other company for my mold and restoration needs. Thanks for taking great care of me Lotus team!

Just want to say thank you to the great staff there for taking care of a friend of mine who’s just experienced a major plumbing emergency. She reached out seeking info on next steps to take and spoke to owner apparently. I’m told this woman responded quickly (which is huge in a situation like this) and was above and beyond helpful and informative and generally seemed to actually empathize and care about helping. Not a common thing these days unfortunately. So just a big thank you for the exceptional service.

I am so grateful that a co-worker of mine told me about Lotus Restoration Services after having a leak in my upstairs bathroom that impacted my kitchen ceiling. Unfortunately, I didn't know about them when I had everything dried out with fans (I paid much more than I should have) but I'm really thankful that I was able to work with them for the repairs. Bobby was a true professional and very dedicated to making sure the job was done right and to my complete satisfaction. I have a very good eye for detail and I can't even tell where the ceiling had holes in it and was repainted. They are also an honest company in that the job didn't require as much paint/labor as originally planned and they made sure to adjust the charges fairly, which was very important to me since I was paying out of pocket. I cannot say enough good things about Lotus and highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.

Lotus was a life saver for us! We left for a quick 24 hour trip and when we returned and open our garage we were in shock. We had a garage fire and lost everything. We called Jill and her team was there and helped us step through everything. If I had any questions, they had answers and the team was so great to work with. I hope that no one has to go through what we went through, but if you need help in any damage and restoration please call Lotus first! I have had several folk come look at my garage and they can believe how good it looks.

I had a leak appear under my Kitchen Sink that had damaged all of my cabinets just following Thanksgiving and was hosting a celebration at my home for the Holiday Season near Christmas. Jill, Nichole, and all of the staff at Lotus Restoration definitely understood the need to get this job done quickly and they walked me through dealing with the insurance company each step of the way as this was my first experience in my recently purchased home. The company was quick, efficient, and they completed all of my repairs just in time for me to host my party. If I ever have another issue, Lotus Restoration will definitely be the first company that I contact to help me get the issue resolved quickly and with excellent work.

Wow. I have been a Realtor and property manager for 25+ years. In all that time, I’ve never worked with a Phoenix restoration contractor that I could praise or refer to others in good conscience. That changed this week when Lotus undertook a critical (and extensive) remediation project for one of my clients. Their communication is excellent as was their response time. Fair and honest pricing too, which almost never comes with the territory. I worked with Jill, one of the owners, directly. I highly recommend their services.

To be a successful Realtor you need to have a team of top vendors available on short notice to keep the transactions on time and not miss any deadlines. I'm thrilled to have Jill and Nichole and the entire Lotus Team on my side. Not only are they quick to respond when needed, they are extremely honest. They never recommend repairs when not needed and they are able to calm down the clients in one of the most stressful transactions of their lives. And, if that were not enough they are also very friendly and personable! I could not recommend them more.

We were in the process of selling our home which was vacant at the time, contract in place, waiting for the home inspection. Upon the inspectors arrival to the property we received the devastating phone call, “your kitchen is flooded!” I called Lotus and within an hour a crew was on scene and starting the process of cleanup and drying. The entire kitchen was removed and within a week I Had new kitchen cabinets,(they saved the face frames and doors to match the uppers) flooring and baseboards! I can not thank Jill and Nichole enough for how quickly and professionally they responded. Great company and I highly recommend them!

My bathroom flooded because of a worn wax ring under my toilet. Once I tore up my toilet and floor I had Lotus come out and check for additional flooding and they also helped me dry my slab. They were very quick to respond and extremely friendly!

Lotus Restoration Services was recommended to me from a very reputable contractor, Saddlewood Contracting, for a kitchen mold remediation service for my Buyer. The Seller and I both spoke with Jill and she did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of before our closing. Jill worked with the Sellers to fit it into their financial situation and was genuinely caring and professional to all of us. She answered all our questions, multiple times, and made sure we understood the entire process from start to finish. Even after the closing and my Buyer had questions, she sent a crew out to her home for no charge to make sure we were taken care of and put us at ease. I can’t say enough great things about them and recommend them highly!

I contacted Lotus after my washing machine decide to leak from my second floor rental home. Luckily we caught it early and got ahold of Jill. Not only did she calm us down in a time of frustration, she had 2 of her guys at my house within 45 min. Since we caught it early we were lucky and nothing needs to be torn apart. AMAZING SERVICE! My tub overflowed and it affected a few rooms. I had no clue how significant the damage was and know restoration is expensive. I called 2 companies and 1 carpet cleaner who is a friend. The first guy came out and tested walls and baseboards and basically said to call my insurance, it will cost about $5000 to replace the carpet, baseboards, remove desk cabinet, etc. He offered to pay part of my deductible. Shady. Then came Matt with Lotus Restoration. They came out within a couple hours and did the same testing of walls, carpet, etc. He explained the process and damage thoroughly and said I caught it in time and the total cost would be $350 to extract, place fans, and dehumidifiers for a few days. He was so nice and didn't mind my dogs sniffing all over him, lol! Carpet cleaner friend seconded Matt's solution.

Jill and Nicole are excellent at what they do. They are customer service oriented and truly looked out for the safety and health of my clients. I have worked with Lotus on multiple occasions when mold was found during a Real Estate transaction and when a client had water damage from an existing pipe leak in a wall. They got the job done in a timely manner, giving great customer service and making sure everything was done right in the end.

I highly recommend Lotus Contracting Services - we had a flood situation in a building we manage early on a Friday morning. Jill had her team on site in a matter of minutes dealing with the situation. They were able to stop the water flow and had the effected areas dried completely by Monday morning. They were fast and efficient and solved the problem in a highly professional manner.

I had a flood situation at my home and contacted Lotis contracting services. I spoke with Jill who I was very impressed with. She handled the call like a 911 operator keeping me calm while I was frantic. Her crew was out here within 20 minutes and took control of the situation. Everything was explain to me so I could understand what was going on.I will have no problem referring this company to my friends family and customers, but I hope I don't have to. They worked with me to redo the drywalling, countertop and restoring it back to what it was as my cabinets and my kitchen was ripped off due to some water leak.
I worked with Johhny and Bobby who were outstanding in thier work, professionalism, and timeliness.

I had an insurance client who experienced a leak in her bathroom and wanted to know what her options were for filing a claim. I had her call Lotus Contracting first since they have such a great knowledge of insurance claims and how best to deal with them. They were able to make the repairs for less than what it would have cost her to make the claim and saved her from needlessly adding a claim to her policy, which would have cost her so much more in the long term.

Once this company found out we were not going through insurance we were also dropped like another previous reviewer on this site. Left with a drawer having mold on it still in the home, sewer pipes open in the home and still some wet insulation not removed.

I had a great experience with Nichole at Lotus Contracting. I crashed my car through my closed garage door and almost went completely through the back wall of the garage. The wall I damaged had all the utilities coming into the house (water, electric, gas) and all were damaged. It was extremely stressful with all the adjusters and inspectors and having to move out while repairs were being completed. Nichole was so nice and understanding, even as I was losing it. Nichole took over everything and kept me updated regularly. Most importantly, when she said her guys would be at the house, they were there EARLY and ready to work. When I asked her how long the repairs would take, she didn't sugar-coat it. She estimated how long it would take and the repairs were done actually about a week early. That is because she took it upon herself (I didn't ask) to call the city inspector and lean on him to get his inspection done before all the stucco and paint was done so the utilities could be turned back on. Nichole showed that she cared about my situation and did everything she could to help me. If you need a contractor, let them be in the running and get a bid from them!

Have nothing by great things to say about Lotus Contracting Services. Had a water leak in my bathroom. Jill was super helpful and had someone out immediately to begin the dry out process. Then gave me the advantages and disadvantages of making an insurance claim on a small water loss. Couldn't have been a smoother process!

Lotus Contracting has performed work on our office building to remediate water damage from a leak. They have also assisted with several of our rental properties. Lotus always is prompt to respond, work efficiently, competitively priced, and provide a high level of customer service. Lotus is my go to Restoration contracting company for my home and all my clients homes. They are amazing and I will always refer my friends, family, clients and myself to lotus. They have helped 5 plus clients and me on multiple occasions.

They left a large bag full of moldy drywall completely open sitting in our children's bedroom. We were not aware of it till at night and had to remove it ourselves. Very unprofessional and dangerous. When they were told about the incident they expressed it was a little late to be letting them know. Since we felt we should only be paying for services that were provided and shared our unhappiness with our service from them at the time of paying....good luck if you use them, other people seem to have good experiences, which is actually why we went with them in the first place.
