ATH was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Right from scoping, negotiating with insurance and completing the repair work. We had a water heater leak which spread to three walls and inside the house and garage. They did the whole work seamlessly in 2 days without much inconvenience and completed the work with such quality. Will surely recommend them in future and will use them if needed in future.

We had a leak from our upstairs tub late one afternoon. I called the next morning and they arrived within half an hour. They quoted the job, and set up the fan and de-humidifier within the hour. They came back 3 days later, repaired the drywall, textured and painted in the morning. Great job. Repair is awesome - in fact it looks better than it did before. I was really pleased with the work they did. It gave me peace of mind that we have avoided any mold issues.

I'd quadruple the star rating x 1000. We arrived to our Chandler home from a trip to find it had been flooded by a clog in the common line. It was devastated by mold and black water. We called AZ Total Home Restoration on a Saturday night over Labor Day Weekend. Nathan arrived at 10 p.m. that evening and, in a most professional, knowledgeable, yet compassionate manner, answered all of our questions, provided expert guidance, and bid the work to be done. He has been by our side the last THREE months as we've negotiated a stressful and incredibly frustrating journey with insurance companies, our HOA, and unethical contractors sent by insurance. Water damage cleanup, mold remediation, sanitization of personal property we were able to save, air clearance and bacterial testing ... are all pieces of the project you need to absolutely stay on top of to ensure it is done correctly for your health, safety, and pocketbook. Nathan, James, and their team are beyond dependable, trustworthy, and ethical - and they are really, really good at what they do. They are the definition of integrity.

When you seek to hire a home restoration company for fire, mold, water damage, or even asbestos/lead testing, ask a lot of questions. There is no licensing or legal standard, at least for mold remediation, to keep them accountable. Ask about the actual crews they will send to do the work - how are they trained, how much experience do they have, is there oversight - a skilled supervisor regularly visiting the job site to ensure it is being completed correctly and in a timely fashion? What exactly is their process and the steps involved? How long will it take - and get it in writing. All communication should be in writing via email. No phone calls that cannot be documented. Take lots of photos throughout the project. Educate yourself on the required processes - don't just trust that they are the experts and will do the job right. Get a copy of the scope of work as well as the lab reports from all testing.

OR don't bother calling any other restoration company. Call Nathan, hire ATH, and you will be in the best of hands. Obviously, we cannot say enough to recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. This has been a horrible experience - the loss of our home and property, the financial implication, the roller coaster ride with the HOA and insurance, being out of our home for months, etc.

ATH provided guidance, peace of mind, seemed to be our only ally, was so responsive, such an enormous help, and made sure we can move back into our home safely, having saved as much of our property as possible. They are good people making an honest living.

They were hired by my apartments property managers to fix water damage in my unit. It took them two months to get approved to do the work, then several weeks past the date they told me it would be done to finish the work. They left my closet doors unattached and just laying in the bathroom plus a huge mess to clean when I got home from work. When I told them to get someone out to install the doors, they told me it would be nearly another week to get a 5 minute job completed. Bad communication as well, I had to reach out to them several times during the process because they never kept me informed of when they planned to enter my apt. Just a bad experience all around. Sad thing is that most of the employees were very nice and did good work. That's why they got 2 stars.

Nathan was very helpful when I had a concern about possible mold in my house. He sent Houston to inspect the concerning areas, and Houston was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. He gave me great advice and peace of mind regarding the issue, which did not appear to be mold. All of this advice was given during a free estimate. Based on this experience I would highly recommend this team and this company. If we have a mold issue in the future, or just consider remodeling our house in the future, we will absolutely reach out to this company to try and work with them.

I decided to hire this company for my restoration, instead of using the previous one that removed the water damaged areas of my bathroom. ATH restoration appeared to have good reviews and I just wanted an honest company that does good work for a reasonable price. Max was the main person doing the work and he did a great job. Instead of rushing, he seemed to make sure the restoration was done properly. He seemed to take pride in his work. Previous restoration companies that I hired tended to milk the home insurance as much as possible for little or faulty work, so I was very careful in hiring the right company for the restoration. ATH restoration gave me a fair price with no surprise billing.

Absolutely horrific company to work with. Every there needed to be managed by myself while working at the house for quality and completion, which took a ton of my time trying to chase after them to do the work. I suggest looking at other companies before having to deal with ATH Restoration.

Got quoted $2500 for bathroom leak in toilet. My handyman repaired for $100 and bought new toilet from Home Depot for $200. What. Ripoff.

We called AZ Total Home to get another quote by someone who was not connected to our insurance company, because our adjusters were being difficult and treating us unfairly regarding water damage that occurred in our home....long story.... Anyway, Nate responded right away and Jacob was out the next day. He said they would give a fair estimate based on what they saw and their experience in kitchen restorations. Jacob sent over and estimate the next day! Our insurance company even called to ask them questions and they were consistent and fair with their recommendation. It was a pleasure and relief to work with them compared to the experience we had so far with other companies! I would recommend them the anyone!

ATH Restoration is by far the best construction company in AZ. We initially contacted them to remove the asbestos popcorn ceiling. Nathan, Stacie, Jason and their crews are very professional. Jason really took care of us and got the job done on time. We had them paint the entire condo, add a water line to the refrigerator, and install LVT in the bedrooms and other minor jobs. The finished product is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I will be in touch in the near future as we will need additional work. I highly recommend them.

I had a old sink I wanted to get replaced. Max was excellent , he was professional and courteous. He explained everything clearly and took his time to give the best output.

This review is way too over due.

We had a leak that had caused water damage under our kitchen sink back in May. The plumber had recommended calling out a restoration person and had actually put in a referral. I was impatient and found ATH on yelp, and within a half hour they were at my house assessing the damages.

This was by far the best decision I made during the process. Nathan and his team were incredibly helpful and professional. They were wonderful at communicating with me about their entire process. They even came and met with the insurance adjuster and showed him pictures of the damages. I literally heard the adjuster say at one photo, Oh that's great, that will help me get them more back.

Hire them! You will not regret it!

Nathan is outstanding!! I had a concern about a previous company and the product they used and the impact to my health. He drove down to my condo with a sample of the product to let me see if it was the same one and then inspected the room to ensure it was safe!!! AMAZING. I am so happy he put my fears at ease since the previous company was acting weird about the situation and wouldn’t let me see the product they used. This man is so kind and I would not hesitate to refer him or call him again if I ever need his companies services. A+ THANK YOU!

These guys were fantastic!! It was a pleasure dealing with Nathan and Jason. My condo flooded and Nathan and his team were at my house in no time to start the clean up process. Az total home removed asbestos from my house. They were very professional and respectful. The workers, and the man that checked the air quality were very respectful. They didn't touch or use anything in my house without asking permission. They covered the area with plastic and ran high power vacuums to get any remaining asbestos out of the air. They wore masks (to protect from covid) when entering and hanging plastic. They were the most respectful contractors I have ever used and I've been a general contractor and used many subcontractors. I would highly recommend them. Also there price was reasonable and I got 3 bids.

They came out 2 weeks ago and said I would have my estimate last Monday. Nothing... I call again Tuesday and they say sorry we will have it by Wednesday. Now it's Wednesday and still nothing. I call Thursday and they say Im so sorry I'll give Jason a call, we should have it by Friday Friday comes along and still nothing. I call this Monday and they apologize and say they will check on it and see why they haven't sent the estimate. It is Friday this week and they have lost my business because clearly they do not want it. Terrible logistics and file managment. I'm going with Zona Restoration because they actually send you your estimate the same day they inspected unlike this business

Thank you to ATH restoration for helping us navigate the frustrating world of water leaks. We found ATH online when looking for a company to help us determine what was wrong with our house. Their reviews were great so we gave them a call. Nathan was extremely helpful coming out to asses the work that needed to be done. He was also able to recommend a great plumber along with a company to help in our rebuild. We are very thankful we found ATH restoration. Since we had no clue about the process to follow with a water leak, we were able to trust the information Nathan and his team gave us to be accurate. Nathan was always available to answer any questions we had and constantly checked on us to make sure things were going smoothly while our house was drying out with fans! We hope to never need these services again but would recommend Nathan and his team to anyone that found themselves in the same situation we were in. Our condo was flooded by a sewage backup from the upstairs neighbors. The unit was completely uninhabitable. Nathan came out on a Saturday night during Labor Day weekend to assess the situation. He was prompt, professional and courteous. We highly recommend this company if you need restoration services in the East Valley.

I highly recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. My condo got flooded by my upstairs neighbor. My condo is older, so asbestos was found in the joint compound. Nathan, Company President, and his team came in and answered all my questions (which were a lot). They did a phenomenal job on the asbestos abatement demolition. They were even able to help identify other issues that were uncovered once demolition was complete (e.g. different drain pipe leak). I am so thankful for their help!

What a life-saver Nathan was for us! We live in England, and got the call from our property manager for our house in Mesa that our renters smelled something strange under the kitchen cabinets. The handyman said it looked really bad. I freaked out because it was the last thing that I needed at the time (going through IVF and needed to keep my stress down). I foresaw a nightmare unfolding. By the grace of god, the online mold remediation form I submitted sent us Nathan at ATHR. Though he'd never heard of it, he immediately downloaded WhatsApp (something our property manager still hasn't done) and he communicated what needed to be done and when, and then called me first thing in the morning every day Arizona time to give us an update. He helped us navigate the insurance system. He worked seamlessly with our renters. He took complete control and handled every detail. I am still shocked at how painless the process was. I have never in my life been so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, knowledge, good-naturedness, and capability that I experienced with Nathan. I can't thank him enough.

I had a minor flood happen to my house from my washer and was stressed out, when I called this company they calm me down and told me they would be right over to look at the damage sure enough they came within an hour to my home not even knowing if I was going to hire them. This company really does care about there customers, they saw I had a baby boy that's barley going to be one and sprayed a little where they saw mold so that it would stop it from developing and they also ripped out the carpet for me and threw it away for me. I obviously hired them and they did a great job and like I said before there caring and they don't just do this for the money they really care about helping you and fixing the issue. I highly recommend this company over anybody, you can't beat this kind of customer service and they gave me a great quote and we're very careful with my home.
