I couldn’t say enough good things about Servpro in Mesa. My mother and I worked closely with Kevin and his team to remove furniture and clean out a room in my home. This comes after the loss of my husband and the understanding, compassion and candor that Kevin showed us during the hardest of times was unmatched. Not only does this company work hard for their customers but they have such compassion and understanding for any and all types of situations. They truly make you feel like a part of the Servpro family. We had a huge flood in our house in San Tan Valley in the 2nd story bedroom. We had to have the whole house taken down to studs. It was a bit of a crazy time for us, but these guys were amazing and worked hard to get our house put back together. Paul is the owner and really kept us up to date with the progress of the job. We used this SERVPRO for both the water damage restoration portion and the reconstruction. it was great to be able to have to only deal with one company through the whole process.

We had to use servpro for a flood we had in our house in san tan valley. They did a great job and got it done pretty quickly. They helped us communicate back and forth with our insurance which was really helpful. Our insurance adjuster was pretty good, but because they never really had a chance to visit the property so there were some issues they weren't really understanding and Paul and Cary helped us get the adjuster to understand why some flooring issues needed to be covered even though they originally trying to not cover them.

I had a hot water tank leak that went through and around the pedestal and into the walls. Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. Im disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways. They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasn't able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home as it was prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.

The machines these guys had to dry my home were amazing. All the air movers were a matching green color and the whole crew was really helpful. We had a leak in our bathroom which flooded half our house. We didn't know who to call, so we got in contact with our insurance agent, and they recommend I call SERVPRO of North Central Mesa. Within an hour we had a team of Servpro employees here to help. With the help of the team extracting the water from the house and setting equipment like air movers and De-humidifiers I was able to live comfortable in my own home.

I've told you about my day w/ the repair people on Wed...all things repaired and back to working with the first 8 hours of the day..first crew arrived at 9:30 AM....3 guys...brought in a air cleanser..hooked it up and while they cut out the back wall of the closet..part with black mold on it..and the cleanser ran..and they packed up and left..Next came the crew that moved all the stuff out of the way and by cutting on the water, we found the pinhole..yes..no bigger than the head of a pin...in the pipe..no further mold found behind the wall..slightly damp wood...not necessary to replace..and this bunch left..Finally, the plumber showed up..cut on water again so he could locate the hole..by 5 PM..the same day..I had running water..running hot water by 6 PM..and life was good once more...
Then, today the phone rang..was Cary who handled the billing and USAA claims...are you sitting down?? The first good news was USAA had called her and they found a mistake they made with the claim...They found I had more coverage that first thought. Well, I started to fall apart at this kindness...The Servpro company had all these people that worked for them. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO SERVPRO OF NORTH CENTRAL MESA. After 2 failed attempts of getting this taken care of..one phone call to this company and head honcho PAUL FROST..and he caught the ball and ran with it..and his people not only knew how to do the job, but didn't dilly dally around it.
The Servpro company had all these people that worked for them..applied to black mold removal, removing the back wall..half of it..with the mold on it..finding and repairing the leak, cleansing the air of black mold..AND running water? Hot and cold?? Yes, Virginia, there is a God..and He is a mighty God..and yes..there is a Santa Claus too...I am feeling very blessed and amazed how this thing has turned into such a blessing..meeting all these great people...and getting such service from them compared to the nothing the first 2 companies did..and dragged for 4 months..If you ever need hardworking, spot on people who know what and how to do with a situation like water damage..I highly recommend Servpro.of North Central Mesa AZ ...Heck of a story , right?? and now..THE END..

These guys are great! I had a pipe burst in our office bathroom upstairs that flooded the whole office. Levi and Adam showed up and went to work and had all of the water extracted pretty quickly so we were at least able to get back to work. Over the next couple of days they worked around our schedule to get rid of all of the damaged flooring and drywall.

They made sure we knew exactly what was going on the whole time. We have had issues in the past where we have used other restoration companies and we didn't know what was going on from day to day. Adam B worked on the office reconstruction and we had the same great communications. There were some hickups along the way, but nothing that could have been expected and they took care of everything. The finished product was fantastic.

Paul and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and extremely professional...I wish all contractors operated this way. Thankfully there's still people out there who are experts at what they do and also care about helping people more than they care about taking their money. This was an experience I'll share with everyone I know and I can't reccomend them enough. Thank you Paul for being involved with your company and running it the way you do!

I live 2500 miles away from Mesa, Az and had contacted Servpro to look at my fathers property in Mesa. I talked to Paul and the communication was great. He did an inspection of the property and recommended what services I needed to have done. Which included not using his service. Paul was top notch and thank you.

These guys did a great job for us. They came to our home on time and ready to work. Friendly, respectful, and great to work with. They corrected the damage super fast. Im thankful to have done business with them!

I spoke with Bridget and explained the problem and that I was out of the country she went into action. They were at our home within the hour.
Our representative met them at our home, they set up and began the clean up process.
When that was completed and drying was to their approved rate we spoke with Paul and Adam who gave us a competitive quote. Keep in mind we received quotes from 5 different contractors. We choose servpro to do the restoration work and could not have made a better choice. We just got pictures of the completed job and WOW you can not tell that work was ever done. No Patch marks, paint was a perfect match we could not be happier and all was done from 4000 miles away.

While the employees were decent the damage left behind was worse than from the flooding. If not for the insurance company making payment without my authorization I would have had some recourse. There was a considerable amount of damage to the closet and room doors caused by the machinery that was used for extraction. South Ridge in Mesa, I will a picture of the damage.

It was a pleasure to work with the staff at ServPro North Central Mesa. All the employees we dealt with were nothing but pleasant to deal with. The owner of the company came to the property very fast due to a water emergency we had. They were very professional and the work they did helped keep the room from being a complete loss.

I was over charged for the job performed. They only found water staining on the drywall, so drywall needed to be repaired. The workmen did cut several holes and poke holes to make sure there was not any other water that we could not see, so this was good. Containment was done. I am concerned that the containment was not done properly because it has gaps, and does not have the 3 stages built into it. I have a medically fragile child, so containment for even dust is important.

The Frost family is a delight to have met and strive to make anyone feel welcome. I am eager to meet them again and hopefully work with them soon. Not only do they run an effective operation but they are ethical and understanding as well.

They showed up the same day I called to start service and were done within the same day. They did their best to keep the cost as low as possible. Carlos, Francisco and Kenny were very professional.

These guys do a great job at fire, flood, and biohazard cleanup as well as mold and asbestos removal!!! I would give them 10 stars if the option was available!!
