At the house of where a tenant was living, the ceiling started leaking water and I sent in a handyman to look at it. Hours later he tells me that there's something wrong with the air handler and the area is flooded. He told me that he knows someone that he can refer me to that fixes this type of problems.

I am just glad he referred me to these guys with experience! Brandon and Cesar would take this task off my hands and update me from start to finish with the progress. All I needed to do was to file the claim through the insurance and they would take care of the rest. I am also glad that everything was done electronically alas 21st century.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work performed by Hector C. He spent quality time explaining how he planned to fix the damaged ceiling, walls, and moldings. He established a time that he would begin each day and arrived at exactly that time. Hector was prepared! He always brought the supplies required for each day's tasks.

He was quiet as he worked and kept us apprised of any issue he thought we should know. His final product is wonderful. Nobody would suspect the amount of damage that he erased with a very professional approach. We are very pleased.

I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! At first I felt totally embarrassed because I had left the bathtub running for well...a very long time - but they were so professional and I instantly felt like I was in good hands. Robert and his team are the best in The Valley when we talk about water damage! I had a toilet flood that took my peace away. But with Robert and his team helped I overcame this challenge! Do not use Jeff Jackson HR and owner of all care restoration located at peoria location. They mess with my home loan application lender denied my home loan because they wanted to retaliate against there former employee and didn’t want to send a voe. Katherine ely is an awful person how she treats ppl and doesn’t care about what pettiness and holding grudges can cause. I can’t wait to mention the united states department of labor has to say. Service master corporate and nice fat law suit for affecting my life and my children lives. Shame on them for being a grown adults and owning there own service master franchise. They really give Service Master a bad name and reputation

Frank and Greg were OUTSTANDING!!! This was an awful situation and they not only made me feel like we were in good hands, they proved it ! Cost was not astronomical and work was amazing! Using them in the future for sure !

Brad and his team are very quick to respond when disaster strikes. They were here as soon as I got of the phone with them. Due to how fast the respond, they saved our office from having any more damage and saved us more time and money. These guys are very professional and friendly and do a great job. They always follow up to make sure they work is done correctly. Won't use anyone else besides these guys!

I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.
Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.

Josh had Randy come out and do several air trap tests and did a couple swab tests for mold in my apartment that I was concerned about. He was able to get Randy to come out quickly and got lab results back within a day. I would highly recommend this company they are very professional and are very helpful with answering any questions you may have. Josh have me peace of mind that there is no mold in my apartment and that I do not need to worry about my health there. Thank you so much!

Remodeled a home built in the 70s that consisted of asbestos. I called Concept from a recommendation - they came out next day, inspected, and provided a quote to remove all drywall and insulation. They showed up on time, were very clean, communicated well and wrapped up the work on time per the schedule. Great service - great people and great value.
