We hired AZ Fire and Water Restoration after a house fire on 3/31/19. Today is 11/23/20, a full 20 months after the fire and the home is still not complete. My sister, Yhara Quiroz, has written a detailed review shedding light on her experience that I would suggest you take a look at.

We have dealt with 3 different contractors and the general manager of the business and have still been unable to finish this project. Conversations with these people end in empty promises that serve only to stretch the timeline of this project out. We feel trapped as there is no one left for us to turn to in the company to hold them accountable.

They refuse to be held culpable for lost items and shoddy workmanship. The only thing they have been consistent about is requesting payment for their services. My sister has spent countless hours staying on top of these people making sure work is being completed. If it weren't for her, AFW would have taken us for thousands of dollars.

Everyday that they do not finish the work is another day that we have to think about the fire. We are unable to move on emotionally and their actions suggest that they simply don't care.

As soon as we were referred to Rocky Mountain Restoration, someone called us and came over to inspect the house for mold. We were scheduled for mold removal the next day. Dakota is extremely nice and helpful. He answered all our questions when we called him or even texted him late at night. They did an excellent, fast and professional job. What differentiates the companies is not only the quality of the job they do but the customer service they provide. Their customer service is above and beyond any other company we have ever worked with. Thank you

I have had the privilege of working with Tom and Alicia on several water damage jobs. Not only are they the best at what they do, they are incredibly responsive, communicate well, and have the client's best interest at heart. If my family were experiencing water damage, 1800 Water damage would be the first and only call I would make!

I contracted Jenkins Restoration to take care of some storm damage to my home. I couldn't be happier with the results and the service provided. Matthew Rosenbaum who is the project manager, has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He made sure to address any questions that I had and was always accessible for any concerns I had during the process. He made the repairs to my home seamless and worry free in what would normally be a stressful situation. He is a true asset to the organization and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his and Jenkins services into the future.

I called Restore Master on Sunday and they come by Monday morning to access the bathroom for mold . They were really helpful and i would definetly use there services when i need it.

There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

For your own sake, DO NOT use this company!!! Our insurance contracted with them for water/mold restoration in August of 2021. I still, over a year later, do not have a fully restored kitchen as they left one day and never returned. Ten months go by and we hear nothing from them. Suddenly we get a call and invoice from them, claiming that I signed a form that the work was completed to my satisfaction in 11/2021. How can that be when I still had workers at my house in Feb of 2022 and I still have work to this day that was not completed? Frustrating when all you want is to have your house put back to right after a burst pipe and you get nothing but headache upon headache.
EDIT: So after our initial review Belfor did reach out. We gave them a chance to correct the mistake and they did come back and complete the job to our satisfaction. I have to say that it makes a big difference who you deal with. The worker RJ that came out this time did a great job, was friendly, and professional. For the duration of the new work that was done, this time around, Belfor kept us updated and let us know what was going on every step of the way. If only we had this experience the first time around.

I found ASAP through my insurance company and glad I did. Josh helped me on a holiday weekend with my rental property and gave me all the information and advice to make decisions that were right for me, not the insurance company or his company. Truly a company with integrity.

The work hasn’t even been started yet after over 3 months going back and forth and starting from the top on every contact. Cannot provide us an accurate or complete quote of the work supposed to be starting in a weeks time. Will not work with us to include work we need or want done with the restoration. Having been living with black mold growing daily for 4 months already and at this point just going to accept it and find another company.
