They got to my house in less than 30 minutes of the call. Fortunately they got there fast enough to where the structural integrity of the ceiling wasn't badly compromised from all of the water that had built up in the bathroom. The nicest part was as soon as they got there they immediately assessed the problem and how to solve it as if they've done it a hundred times before.

Our house flooded as a result of a waterleak while we were away over the Christmas holiday. We came back to a flooded master bedroom/bathroom and called them that night.
